吉縣110kV變電站建設(shè)工程進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,工程項(xiàng)目變得越來(lái)越龐大復(fù)雜。如何在既定的時(shí)間限期內(nèi),按預(yù)定的目標(biāo),保質(zhì)保量地完成工程建設(shè),并實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的最大利用效率,已成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注和重視的問(wèn)題。電力工程項(xiàng)目具有很多明顯的特點(diǎn)比如:規(guī)模較大、投資高、組織結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、影響因素眾多等,因此,對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的進(jìn)度管理顯得尤為重要。 在吉縣110kV變電站工程建設(shè)的實(shí)施過(guò)程中,基于國(guó)內(nèi)變電站施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比國(guó)外工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,深入地研究了施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理所包含的內(nèi)容,收集了大量吉縣11OkV變電站工程的原始資料,分析了項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的制定和控制,針對(duì)吉縣11OkV變電站工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中出現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)處理措施。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論的研究,分析了進(jìn)度管理理論所包含的內(nèi)容、應(yīng)用方法及在項(xiàng)目管理中的作用。分析了吉縣11OkV變電站項(xiàng)目的特殊性及其進(jìn)度管理的特點(diǎn),闡述了在實(shí)際變電站工程中進(jìn)行科學(xué)的進(jìn)度管理的意義作用。指出了當(dāng)前在該領(lǐng)域普遍存在的問(wèn)題并提出了解決思路。 本文根據(jù)實(shí)際工程中的趕工問(wèn)題提出了改進(jìn)的直接法模型。以吉縣11OkV變電站工程為例運(yùn)用該模型對(duì)工期進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,首先運(yùn)用WBS對(duì)該工程的項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)進(jìn)行工作分解,得出了工程施工的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖。對(duì)原網(wǎng)絡(luò)等效化簡(jiǎn),得到的結(jié)果與直接壓縮原網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)果一樣,結(jié)果表明可以取得有效的工期壓縮量和可觀的費(fèi)用成本控制效果,采用這個(gè)改進(jìn)方法可以大大降低趕工問(wèn)題的求解難度,且該方法實(shí)用性強(qiáng),對(duì)以后變電站工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制和趕工問(wèn)題的求解有一定的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the project becomes more and more complex. How to complete the project construction and realize the maximum utilization efficiency of resources according to the predetermined target within the fixed time limit has become a problem that people pay more and more attention to. Power engineering projects have many obvious characteristics, such as large scale, high investment, complex organizational structure, many factors, etc. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out scientific and effective progress management of power engineering projects. In the implementation process of 110 kV substation construction in Ji County, based on the research status of domestic substation construction project schedule management, compared with foreign project schedule management, the contents of construction project schedule management are deeply studied. This paper collects a large number of original data of 11OkV substation project in Ji County, analyzes the formulation and control of the project plan, and puts forward some corresponding treatment measures in view of some problems in the project schedule management of Jixian 11OkV substation project. Through the research on the theory of project schedule management, this paper analyzes the content, application method and function in project management of schedule management theory. This paper analyzes the particularity and schedule management characteristics of Jixian 11OkV substation project, and expounds the significance of carrying out scientific schedule management in actual substation project. The existing problems in this field are pointed out and the solutions are put forward. In this paper, an improved direct method model is proposed according to the problem of rush work in practical engineering. Taking the Jixian 11OkV substation project as an example, the model is used to optimize the construction period. Firstly, the project activity of the project is decomposed by WBS, and the network plan diagram of the project construction is obtained. For the equivalent simplification of the original network, the results obtained are the same as those obtained by direct compression of the original network. The results show that the effective time limit compression and considerable cost control effect can be achieved. This improved method can greatly reduce the difficulty of solving the rush problem and has strong practicability. It has certain theoretical value and practical significance for the compilation of the schedule of substation project and the solution of rush work problem in the future.
