基于自動化控制的熔化極惰性氣體保護焊焊接電源設計及實驗測試

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)焊接電流波形和電弧電壓的精確有效控制,將DSC系統(tǒng)和FPGA系統(tǒng)用于熔化極惰性氣體保護焊焊接電源的硬件和軟件設計中,分別用于實現(xiàn)模糊控制電弧電壓和變參數(shù)PI控制電流波形。通過實際測試表明,采用該控制系統(tǒng)進行實際焊接具有焊接過渡平穩(wěn)、焊接質量較高及焊縫表面光潔度好等特點,并且實現(xiàn)了電流波形和電弧電壓的穩(wěn)定控制,從而為全數(shù)字化熔化極惰性氣體保護焊焊接電源控制系統(tǒng)的設計與開發(fā)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to realize accurate and effective control of welding current waveform and arc voltage, DSC system and FPGA system are used in the design of hardware and software of welding power source for inert gas welding. It is used to realize fuzzy control arc voltage and variable parameter Pi control current waveform respectively. The actual test shows that the control system has the characteristics of smooth welding transition, high welding quality and good finish of weld surface, and realizes the stable control of current waveform and arc voltage. It provides a reference for the design and development of the full digital control system of the welding power source for inert gas welding.
