特高壓聯(lián)網(wǎng)后電網(wǎng)限流措施和分區(qū)原則的研究

【摘要】:“三華”特高壓電網(wǎng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)以后,1000kV/500kV/220kV高中低壓電磁環(huán)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行導(dǎo)致特高壓變電站周邊500kV變電站短路電流超標(biāo),需要采取有效的限流措施來(lái)降低短路電流,為電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行做出保證。研究特高壓電網(wǎng)短路電流控制措施以及電網(wǎng)分層分區(qū)方法,將有利于我國(guó)電網(wǎng)的繼續(xù)建設(shè),更有利于未來(lái)我國(guó)電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃。 本文主要從降低系統(tǒng)短路電流的角度出發(fā)對(duì)特高壓輸電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行研究,以特高壓輸電特點(diǎn)作為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),綜合采取各種限流措施和進(jìn)行電網(wǎng)分區(qū)作為解決問題的手段。以“三華"電網(wǎng)中的華北電網(wǎng)為例研究了特高壓聯(lián)網(wǎng)后,特高壓變電站對(duì)500kV站點(diǎn)短路電流水平帶來(lái)的影響;對(duì)各種限流措施在特高壓輸電中的適用性進(jìn)行了研究,從常用的限制短路電流的手段中找出適于用特高壓輸電的限流措施;建立了電網(wǎng)分區(qū)的模型,并基于此模型分別從安全性、穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、合理性、獨(dú)立性出發(fā),提出了含有特高壓輸電線路電網(wǎng)的分區(qū)原則、具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和計(jì)算流程,以北京電網(wǎng)為例對(duì)此進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證;針對(duì)華北電網(wǎng),考慮限流效果、安全穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素,結(jié)合1000kV變電站及其周邊短路電流分布情況,綜合應(yīng)用多種限流措施,設(shè)計(jì)一種優(yōu)化限流方案,并仿真驗(yàn)證該方案的合理性。 特高壓聯(lián)網(wǎng)采取有效的適用于特高壓輸電技術(shù)的電網(wǎng)限流措施和與之匹配的分區(qū)原則的能夠很好的降低系統(tǒng)短路電流。
[Abstract]:After the "Sanhua" UHV power grid is connected to the Internet, the operation of 1000kV / 500kV / 220kV low-voltage electromagnetic loop network causes the short-circuit current of the 500kV substation around the UHV substation to exceed the standard, so it is necessary to take effective current-limiting measures to reduce the short-circuit current. To ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. The study of the short-circuit current control measures and the method of dividing the power grid into layers will be beneficial to the continuous construction of our country's power grid and the planning of our country's power grid in the future. In this paper, the UHV transmission network is studied from the angle of reducing the short-circuit current of the system. The characteristics of UHV transmission are taken as the starting point of the research, and a variety of current limiting measures and power network zoning are taken as the means to solve the problem. The influence of UHV substation on short-circuit current level of 500kV station is studied by taking North China Power Grid in Sanhua Power Network as an example, and the applicability of various current limiting measures in UHV transmission is studied. The current limiting measures suitable for UHV transmission are found out from the common methods of limiting short circuit current, and the model of power grid partition is established, based on which the security, stability, economy, rationality and independence are considered respectively. This paper puts forward the partition principle of UHV transmission line network, the concrete realization method and calculation flow, and takes Beijing power grid as an example to verify this, considering the effect of current limiting, safety and stability, economy and other factors, etc. Combined with the distribution of short-circuit current in and around 1000kV substation, an optimized current limiting scheme is designed by synthetically applying various current limiting measures, and the rationality of the scheme is verified by simulation. The UHV network can reduce the short circuit current of the system by adopting effective current limiting measures and matching partition principle which is suitable for UHV transmission technology.
