基于潮流介數(shù)的SNOP配置及主動(dòng)配電系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對(duì)主動(dòng)配電系統(tǒng)中分布式電源(DG)和負(fù)荷的不確定性特點(diǎn),提出了適用于配電網(wǎng)的線路潮流介數(shù)的概念,并將其應(yīng)用于軟常開開關(guān)(soft normally open points,SNOP)的配置分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將SNOP優(yōu)配置與配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)相結(jié)合,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗和電壓偏差最小為目標(biāo),建立了配電網(wǎng)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化運(yùn)行模型。該模型可以實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度上的全面優(yōu)化,不僅能保證SNOP輸出功率具有一定的裕度而且可以減少重構(gòu)動(dòng)作次數(shù)。以改進(jìn)的IEEE33節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)為例,進(jìn)行了SNOP的優(yōu)化配置分析、SNOP和重構(gòu)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化性能分析及短時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整分析,驗(yàn)證了所提SNOP配置原則和聯(lián)合運(yùn)行優(yōu)化策略的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the uncertainty characteristics of DG and load in active distribution system, the concept of line power flow medium for distribution network is put forward, and it is applied to the configuration analysis of soft normally open points and SNOP. On this basis, the SNOP optimal configuration is combined with the reconfiguration of distribution network, and the joint optimal operation model of distribution network is established with the goal of minimum network loss and voltage deviation. The model can realize the overall optimization of the distribution network on multiple time scales, which can not only guarantee the output power of SNOP with certain margin, but also reduce the number of reconfiguration operations. Taking the improved IEEE33 bus system as an example, the optimal configuration analysis of SNOP and reconfiguration combined optimization performance analysis and short-term dynamic adjustment analysis are carried out. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed SNOP configuration principle and joint operation optimization strategy are verified.
