高原及鹽污等特殊環(huán)境下的電氣設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:青海鹽湖集團(tuán)綜合利用項(xiàng)目二期供熱中心工程,是為中國最大的鉀肥生產(chǎn)基地供電的電廠,位于青海省格爾木市察爾汗鹽湖地區(qū),廠址海拔高、鹽污重,為保證電廠能長期在這種特殊環(huán)境中安全可靠地運(yùn)行,必須對(duì)設(shè)備的外絕緣水平及防腐能力提出更高的要求。電氣設(shè)計(jì)目的和關(guān)鍵在于,對(duì)設(shè)備的外絕緣水平進(jìn)行海拔修正,選擇出絕緣匹配的設(shè)備,設(shè)備和材料采取適合的抗腐蝕措施等。為達(dá)到該設(shè)計(jì)目的,調(diào)查了該地區(qū)電氣設(shè)備的運(yùn)行情況及存在的問題,分析了多個(gè)現(xiàn)行規(guī)程規(guī)范的計(jì)算方法,用電氣設(shè)備的耐壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證對(duì)比,參考成熟品牌電氣設(shè)備的技術(shù)參數(shù)和選型建議,結(jié)合技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)因素進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析和結(jié)果對(duì)比。經(jīng)過驗(yàn)證對(duì)比,選擇出合適的海拔修正系數(shù),確認(rèn)各電壓等級(jí)的各類電氣設(shè)備的耐受電壓、電氣間隙、爬電距離及安全凈距等絕緣配合的參數(shù),提出設(shè)備耐污的要求,并采用可靠的電氣設(shè)備及材料的防腐保護(hù)措施,最終確認(rèn)合理的電氣設(shè)備型式及電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。該設(shè)計(jì)研究成果避免了工程運(yùn)行過程中因絕緣水平不足或防腐措施不力而造成安全事故的情況,解決了因絕緣水平過高或防腐措施過度而增加投資及運(yùn)行成本等問題,達(dá)到技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)性能的最佳結(jié)合,并通過了實(shí)際運(yùn)行的檢驗(yàn),可為同類工程的電氣設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The second phase heating center project of Qinghai Salt Lake Group Comprehensive Utilization Project is a power plant that supplies power to China's largest potash production base. It is located in the Chaerhan Salt Lake area of Golmud City, Qinghai Province, with a high altitude and heavy salt pollution. In order to ensure that the power plant can operate safely and reliably in this special environment for a long time, higher requirements must be put forward for the external insulation level and anticorrosion ability of the equipment. The purpose and key of electrical design are to modify the level of external insulation of the equipment above sea level, to select the equipment with insulation matching, and to take appropriate anti-corrosion measures for the equipment and materials, etc. In order to achieve the purpose of the design, the operation situation and existing problems of electrical equipment in this area are investigated, and the calculation methods of several current specifications are analyzed and compared with the test data of electrical equipment withstand voltage. With reference to the technical parameters and selection suggestions of the mature brand electrical equipment, combined with the technical and economic factors, the calculation and analysis are carried out and the results are compared. After verification and comparison, the appropriate altitude correction coefficient is selected to confirm the insulation coordination parameters of all kinds of electrical equipment of each voltage grade, such as withstand voltage, electrical gap, creeping distance and safe net distance, and put forward the requirements of equipment for anti-fouling. And adopt reliable anticorrosion protection measures of electrical equipment and materials, and finally confirm the reasonable electrical equipment type and electrical system design plan. The design research results avoid the safety accidents caused by insufficient insulation level or poor anticorrosion measures in engineering operation, and solve the problems of increasing investment and operation cost due to high insulation level or excessive anticorrosion measures, etc. The best combination of technical and economic performance has been achieved, and the test of practical operation has been passed, which can provide reference for the electrical design of similar projects.
