【摘要】:隨著電網(wǎng)互聯(lián)規(guī)模日益增大、電壓等級(jí)不斷增高,一些與主網(wǎng)聯(lián)系薄弱的地區(qū)電網(wǎng)在嚴(yán)重復(fù)雜故障下,存在與主網(wǎng)解列轉(zhuǎn)為孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)安全、可靠供電形成嚴(yán)重的威脅。在系統(tǒng)危急情況下按最優(yōu)孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行方式及時(shí)地將互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)劃分成多個(gè)能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的孤網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),既可以避免局部事故擴(kuò)散引發(fā)大面積停電甚至系統(tǒng)崩潰所帶來(lái)的巨大損失,又使得切機(jī)切負(fù)荷量最小。赤峰電網(wǎng)是蒙東電網(wǎng)中一個(gè)典型弱聯(lián)系輸電、供電系統(tǒng),隨著大規(guī)模風(fēng)電和火廠機(jī)組的相繼投產(chǎn),電力系統(tǒng)內(nèi)電源的規(guī)模和類型越來(lái)越龐大和多元,負(fù)荷特性復(fù)雜,具有十分嚴(yán)重的外送矛盾,極容易產(chǎn)生孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的問(wèn)題。因此,研究制定赤峰電網(wǎng)孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行時(shí)的負(fù)荷控制策略,并對(duì)不同運(yùn)行方式下電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提出了具有價(jià)值且行之有效的建議和措施,具有十分重要的意義。本文首先研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外電力系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)的孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的背景,對(duì)各種研究結(jié)果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。在對(duì)赤峰電網(wǎng)存在的孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究時(shí),分別從機(jī)組側(cè)和電網(wǎng)側(cè)進(jìn)行了研究。研究制定了赤峰電網(wǎng)孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行最佳的運(yùn)行方式,有針對(duì)性地提出了措施和建議。以PSS/E為平臺(tái)搭建了赤峰電網(wǎng)孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行分析仿真系統(tǒng),對(duì)孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的過(guò)程中主力電源和變電站的具體承載問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,并且仿真研究了孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行時(shí)的功角、頻率、電壓變化情況,以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了負(fù)荷控制方案,在孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行后快速實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定。。
[Abstract]:With the increasing scale of power network interconnection and the increasing voltage level, some areas with weak connection with the main network have the risk of switching from the main network to the isolated network under serious and complex faults, so it is safe. Reliable power supply poses a serious threat. When the system is in critical condition, the interconnected power network can be divided into several stable solitary network systems in time according to the optimal solitary network operation mode, which can avoid the huge losses caused by the local accident diffusion and the large area power outages or even the system collapse. It also minimizes the cutting load. Chifeng Power Grid is a typical weakly connected transmission system in Mendong Power Grid. With the large scale wind power and fire plant units being put into operation one after another, the scale and type of power supply in the power system is more and more large and diversified, and the load characteristics are complex. With very serious outgoing contradiction, it is easy to produce the problem of isolated network operation. Therefore, the paper studies and formulates the load control strategy of Chifeng power network, analyzes the stability of power system under different operation modes, and puts forward valuable and effective suggestions and measures for the stable operation of the power network. It is of great significance. In this paper, the background of isolated network operation in power system at home and abroad is studied, and various research results and experiences are analyzed and summarized. In this paper, the problem of isolated network operation in Chifeng power network is studied from unit side and grid side respectively. The best operation mode of the isolated network in Chifeng Power Grid is studied and the measures and suggestions are put forward. On the platform of PSS / E, a simulation system for analysis and analysis of isolated network operation in Chifeng power grid is built. The main power supply and the specific bearing capacity of substation are analyzed, and the power angle and frequency of the isolated network are simulated and studied. Based on the voltage variation, a load control scheme is proposed, which can quickly realize the system stability after the operation of the isolated network.
