嵌入式智能電網(wǎng)能效終端的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展已成為世界各國(guó)電力行業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)挑戰(zhàn)的共同選擇,未來(lái)智能電網(wǎng)要向著更加靈活、更加清潔、更加安全、更加經(jīng)濟(jì)等性能發(fā)展。以此為目標(biāo),對(duì)電網(wǎng)中各用電單位電量數(shù)據(jù)的采集、電能質(zhì)量的監(jiān)測(cè)便成了研究的重點(diǎn)。對(duì)電量數(shù)據(jù)的采集也不再僅限于作為電費(fèi)征收的依據(jù),而是為了更清楚的了解企業(yè)用電情況的實(shí)時(shí)變化,通過(guò)對(duì)電量數(shù)據(jù)和電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的分析,指導(dǎo)各用電企業(yè)更好的做好節(jié)能減排,合理優(yōu)化資源配置的工作。本文以上述情況為出發(fā)點(diǎn),根據(jù)合作單位的要求,在分析了數(shù)據(jù)采集器、集中器和電能質(zhì)量分析儀等設(shè)備的情況下,在這些設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)一款便攜式的能效終端。其功能之一是基于RS-485通信方式的智能電表的電量數(shù)據(jù)采集;功能之二是通過(guò)DSP芯片進(jìn)行電能數(shù)據(jù)處理從而監(jiān)測(cè)電能質(zhì)量。課題主要研究工作概括如下。首先是搭建硬件設(shè)備平臺(tái)。通過(guò)對(duì)片上資源的多方比較,本項(xiàng)目選取三星公司的S3C6410芯片作為核心控制器,以其片上資源為依托,擴(kuò)展外圍的電源、復(fù)位、存儲(chǔ)、顯示和通信電路,為功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)方面,研究諧波的各種測(cè)量方法,在DSP芯片上使用FFT算法完成對(duì)采集的電能信號(hào)的處理。其次進(jìn)行操作系統(tǒng)的移植,就系統(tǒng)而言,采用開(kāi)源、可裁剪且可配置的Linux-3.0.1作為整機(jī)的操作系統(tǒng),交叉編譯啟動(dòng)引導(dǎo)程序Bootloader,移植內(nèi)核并修改相關(guān)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,使用Busybox制作根文件系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的正常啟動(dòng)和運(yùn)行。接下來(lái)為實(shí)現(xiàn)友好的操作界面,移植Qtopia桌面環(huán)境,研究在此框架下應(yīng)用程序的開(kāi)發(fā),為核心應(yīng)用的編寫(xiě)做好準(zhǔn)備。通過(guò)查閱和分析電力通訊規(guī)約和電能數(shù)據(jù)定義,在集成開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境QT Creator中編寫(xiě)運(yùn)行于Qtopia框架之上的應(yīng)用程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)讀取和顯示智能電表數(shù)據(jù)和電能參數(shù)的功能。
[Abstract]:The development of smart grid has become the common choice of the power industry in the world to deal with the future challenges. The future smart grid should be more flexible, cleaner, safer, more economical and other performance development. For this purpose, the monitoring of power quality has become the focus of the research on the data collection of electric power unit in power grid. The collection of electricity quantity data is no longer limited to the basis of electricity charge collection, but in order to better understand the real-time changes of power consumption situation in enterprises, through the analysis of electricity quantity data and power quality data, Guide the power enterprises to do better energy saving and emission reduction, and optimize the allocation of resources. Based on the above situation and according to the requirements of the cooperation unit, this paper analyzes the equipments such as data collector, concentrator and power quality analyzer, and realizes a portable energy efficiency terminal on the basis of these equipments. One of its functions is to collect electric energy data of intelligent meter based on RS-485 communication mode, and the second is to process power data through DSP chip to monitor power quality. The main research work is summarized as follows. The first is to build hardware equipment platform. By comparing the on-chip resources, this project selects Samsung S3C6410 chip as the core controller, based on its on-chip resources, expanding the peripheral power supply, reset, storage, display and communication circuit, Lay a solid foundation for the realization of the function. In the aspect of power quality monitoring, all kinds of harmonic measurement methods are studied. FFT algorithm is used to process the collected power signal on DSP chip. Secondly, the operating system is transplanted. As far as the system is concerned, the open source, customizable and configurable Linux-3.0.1 is used as the whole operating system, the boot program Bootloaderis cross-compiled, the kernel is transplanted and the relevant drivers are modified. Busybox is used to make the root file system to realize the normal start and operation of the system. Then in order to realize the friendly operation interface and transplant the Qtopia desktop environment, this paper studies the development of the application program under this framework, and prepares for the writing of the core application. By consulting and analyzing the power communication protocol and the definition of power data, the application program running on Qtopia framework is written in QT Creator, which can read and display the data and parameters of intelligent meter.
