風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)磁軸承參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:為減小風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的機(jī)械摩擦及減少其維護(hù)成本,降低風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)風(fēng)速,減小旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力矩,提高風(fēng)能利用率,在垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)中采用混合軸承支承,即風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)徑向采用1個(gè)徑向磁軸承和1個(gè)機(jī)械軸承支承,軸向采用一個(gè)軸向磁軸承來實(shí)現(xiàn)五自由度支承。針對軸向磁軸承,首先介紹了其結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,然后采用等效磁路法建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并按性能指標(biāo)要求進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),然后用Ansoft軟件對軸向磁軸承磁場及受力等進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證,設(shè)計(jì)了軸向磁軸承控制系統(tǒng),并用Matlab軟件對磁軸承的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了階躍響應(yīng)、起浮和擾動(dòng)等仿真研究。研究結(jié)果表明:參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)合理,控制系統(tǒng)夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)磁軸承可靠及穩(wěn)定的懸浮。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the mechanical friction and maintenance cost of the wind turbine, reduce the wind speed at the start of the wind turbine, reduce the rotating resistance moment, and improve the utilization rate of wind energy, the hybrid bearing support is used in the vertical axis wind turbine. In other words, one radial magnetic bearing and one mechanical bearing support are used in the radial direction of the wind turbine, and one axial magnetic bearing is used in the axial direction to realize the support of five degrees of freedom. In this paper, the structure and working principle of axial magnetic bearing are introduced firstly, then the mathematical model is established by using equivalent magnetic circuit method, and the parameters are designed according to the requirement of performance index. Then, the magnetic field and force of axial magnetic bearing are analyzed and verified by Ansoft software. The control system of axial magnetic bearing is designed, and the step response, floating and disturbance of the control system are simulated. The results show that the design of parameters is reasonable and the control system can realize the reliable and stable suspension of magnetic bearings.
