反激式光伏并網(wǎng)微逆變器的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:由于全球范圍內(nèi)的能源危機(jī)以及人們對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)的強(qiáng)烈訴求,使得努力尋求清潔的可再生的替代能源成為了世界性的研究課題。太陽(yáng)能因其眾多天然優(yōu)點(diǎn)成為目前最具利用前景的替代能源。其中,最主要的太陽(yáng)能利用方式之一就是組建太陽(yáng)能并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)。微逆變器組建的分布式發(fā)電系統(tǒng)相比集中式發(fā)電系統(tǒng)具有高可靠安全性、高M(jìn)PPT效率、高可擴(kuò)展性等卓越性能,因而微逆變器的研究具有重大意義。 本論文研究對(duì)象為磁性元件少、控制簡(jiǎn)單的反激式并網(wǎng)微逆變器。首先對(duì)比分析工作于不連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式以及連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式的反激式微逆變器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)研究工作于連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式下的交錯(cuò)反激式微逆變器。然后詳細(xì)分析了連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式下微逆變器主電路的工作原理,并設(shè)計(jì)了有源箝位電路,分析了有源箝位電路的工作原理及實(shí)現(xiàn)主開(kāi)關(guān)管的零電壓開(kāi)通條件。 接著,本論文詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了額定功率為250W的連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式的微逆變器,包括功率電路設(shè)計(jì)、功率器件選型及功率器件損耗計(jì)算,并根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式的控制方法設(shè)計(jì)了閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)控制方法根據(jù)理想情況所設(shè)計(jì)的前饋補(bǔ)償控制方案存在缺陷,很大程度上影響了微逆變器的輸出電流質(zhì)量。本文根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提出了一種新的基于分段前饋補(bǔ)償?shù)妮敵鲭娏鲀?yōu)化方法,此方法能明顯降低微逆變器全功率段輸出電流的諧波畸變率,且在中小功率段對(duì)輸出電流質(zhì)量的改善尤為顯著。 最后,在Matlab/Simulink上搭建了仿真平臺(tái),并根據(jù)本文設(shè)計(jì)方案研制了一臺(tái)以STM32為核心控制器的250W交錯(cuò)反激式微逆變器樣機(jī),仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了本文提出的方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Because of the energy crisis in the world and the strong demand for environmental protection , efforts are made to seek clean and renewable alternative energy sources . Solar energy has become one of the most promising alternative energy sources because of its many natural advantages . One of the most important solar energy utilization modes is to form a solar grid power generation system .
In this paper , the advantages and disadvantages of flyback micro - inverter with less magnetic element and simple control are studied . Firstly , the advantages and disadvantages of flyback micro - inverter working in discontinuous conduction mode and continuous conduction mode are analyzed . The working principle of the main circuit of micro - inverter in continuous conduction mode is analyzed . Then , the active clamping circuit is designed . The working principle of active clamping circuit is analyzed and the zero - voltage opening condition of main switch tube is realized .
In this paper , the micro - inverter of continuous conduction mode with rated power of 250W is designed in detail , including power circuit design , power device selection and power device loss calculation , and closed loop control system is designed according to the control method of traditional continuous conduction mode .
Finally , the simulation platform is built on Matlab / Simulink , and a 250W interleaved flyback micro - inverter prototype with STM32 as the core controller is developed . The simulation and experimental results show the feasibility of the proposed method .
