甘肅智能園區(qū)綜合管理系統(tǒng)建設研究與設計

【摘要】:隨著電力技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,智能園區(qū)建設已成為智能電網(wǎng)用電環(huán)節(jié)的主要發(fā)展方向,是降低大用戶用電成本和提高能效管理水平的重要手段、是提高電網(wǎng)設備運行效率的重要途徑。能夠有效實現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)和用戶之間的實時交互響應、提高電網(wǎng)的綜合服務水平、增強區(qū)域電網(wǎng)負荷的平衡能力、有效降低用戶用電成本,提高企業(yè)能源利用效率。本文結(jié)合甘肅省電網(wǎng)實際用電結(jié)構(gòu),對甘肅省智能園區(qū)綜合管理系統(tǒng)的總體建設方案進行研究,并對采集控制系統(tǒng)、通信網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)、主站管理系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、功能和需求實現(xiàn)等方面進行詳細設計。根據(jù)智能配用電園區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)的要求,設計出能夠滿足電網(wǎng)公司、園區(qū)服務機構(gòu)、園區(qū)企業(yè)用戶三個層次的應用需求及業(yè)務發(fā)展需求融合的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。針對甘肅智能園區(qū)采集控制系統(tǒng)、通信網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)、主站管理系統(tǒng)功能應用進行了詳細設計。甘肅智能園區(qū)綜合管理系統(tǒng)建設通過借助信息化平臺,實現(xiàn)跨園區(qū)、跨地域的信息交互和電能互補,有力提升了區(qū)域負荷平衡能力,優(yōu)化了園區(qū)的用電結(jié)構(gòu)、提供能效分析服務等一整套用能管理解決方案,實現(xiàn)了園區(qū)的智能用電。提高了電網(wǎng)設備的利用效率和電網(wǎng)區(qū)域負荷平衡能力,顯著降低用戶企業(yè)的用電成本,提高了能效利用水平,具有重大的實用意義和價值。同時,給園區(qū)管理機構(gòu)、企業(yè)用戶、電網(wǎng)公司各方產(chǎn)生了巨大的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,為全國用電結(jié)構(gòu)中高耗能用戶占比較高的地區(qū),特別是西部地區(qū)的智能電網(wǎng)智能用電項目建設提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of power technology, the construction of intelligent park has become the main direction of smart grid power consumption, which is an important means to reduce the power cost of large users and improve the level of energy efficiency management. It is an important way to improve the operation efficiency of power grid equipment. It can effectively realize the real-time interactive response between the power grid and the users, improve the comprehensive service level of the power grid, enhance the balance ability of the regional power grid load, effectively reduce the user power cost, and improve the energy efficiency of the enterprise. Based on the actual power consumption structure of Gansu power network, this paper studies the overall construction scheme of the integrated management system of Gansu Intelligent Park, and constructs the collection and control system, the communication network system, and the main station management system. The function and requirement realization are designed in detail. According to the requirements of intelligent distribution and power distribution park management system, a system architecture is designed to meet the application requirements and business development needs of grid companies, campus service organizations and enterprise users. The collection and control system, communication network system and main station management system of Gansu Intelligent Park are designed in detail. The comprehensive management system of Gansu Intelligent Park realizes the information exchange and electric energy complementation across the parks and regions by means of the information platform, which can enhance the regional load balance ability and optimize the power consumption structure of the park. Provide energy efficiency analysis services and a set of energy management solutions to achieve the park intelligent electricity. It is of great practical significance and value to improve the utilization efficiency of power network equipment and the capacity of regional load balance of power grid, to reduce the cost of electricity consumption of user enterprises, and to improve the level of energy efficiency. At the same time, it has produced enormous economic and social benefits for the park management agencies, enterprise users and power grid companies. It is also a region with high energy consumption in the power consumption structure of the country. In particular, the smart grid smart power project construction in the western region provides a new way of thinking.
