靜電式智能空氣凈化器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)水平的提高,人類所面臨的大氣污染問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,空氣質(zhì)量的好壞受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。當(dāng)人們生活水平提高、居住條件改善以后,,擁有一個(gè)健康無(wú)污染的室內(nèi)環(huán)境就成為很多人的共同愿望。工業(yè)排放的可吸附顆粒物、裝修房間排放的甲醛、室內(nèi)地毯排放的VOC污染物以及廚房排放的油煙等是室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染的主要來(lái)源。解決室內(nèi)環(huán)境的污染問(wèn)題,有很多種方法可以選擇。市場(chǎng)上銷售的很多空氣凈化器功能比較單一,凈化效果也不夠理想。因此,本文提出了靜電式智能空氣凈化器的設(shè)計(jì),能有效的改善室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的智能空氣凈化器采用靜電除塵和紫外燈殺菌技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)空氣凈化,由單片機(jī)控制整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。本設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)研究了集塵裝置、控制系統(tǒng)以及高壓直流電源的設(shè)計(jì)三部分內(nèi)容。其中,集塵裝置的制作參考工業(yè)除塵器設(shè)計(jì)步驟,并結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行改進(jìn);控制系統(tǒng)以mega128單片機(jī)為核心,進(jìn)行外圍功能電路的設(shè)計(jì)和軟件編寫;直流高壓電源部分,分析并設(shè)計(jì)了逆變電路、高頻變壓器以及倍壓整流電路,最后研制出了高頻直流高壓電源。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的智能空氣凈化器具有定時(shí)、模式切換、風(fēng)速調(diào)整、凈化技術(shù)選擇等多種功能,支持遙控和按鍵操作,經(jīng)試驗(yàn)取得了良好的凈化效果。該機(jī)操作簡(jiǎn)單,使用方便,安全環(huán)保,適用于家庭、醫(yī)院和賓館等多種場(chǎng)合。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economy and the improvement of industrial level, the problem of air pollution is becoming more and more serious, and more attention has been paid to the quality of air quality. When people's living standards and living conditions are improved, it is a common aspiration of many people to have a healthy and pollution-free indoor environment. The main sources of indoor environmental pollution are adsorbable particulate matter from industry, formaldehyde from decoration room, VOC pollutant from indoor carpet and oil fume from kitchen. There are many ways to solve the problem of indoor pollution. Many air purifiers sold on the market function relatively single, purification effect is not ideal. Therefore, this paper puts forward the design of electrostatic intelligent air purifier, which can effectively improve indoor air quality. The intelligent air purifier designed in this paper uses electrostatic dust removal and ultraviolet lamp sterilization technology to realize air purification. The operation of the whole system is controlled by single chip microcomputer. This design focuses on the design of dust collector, control system and HVDC power supply. Among them, the manufacture of dust collector refers to the design steps of industrial dust collector and improves with experience value; the control system takes mega128 single chip microcomputer as the core, carries on the peripheral function circuit design and the software programming; the DC high voltage power supply part, The inverter circuit, high frequency transformer and double voltage rectifier circuit are analyzed and designed. Finally, a high frequency DC high voltage power supply is developed. The intelligent air purifier designed in this paper has timing, mode switching and wind speed adjustment. Purification technology selection and other functions, supporting remote control and key operation, the experiment has achieved a good purification effect. The machine is easy to operate, easy to use, safe and environmentally friendly, suitable for families, hospitals, hotels and other occasions.
