家電板銹蝕影響因素及機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:伴隨國(guó)內(nèi)家電市場(chǎng)的興起,冷軋家電板作為高端冷軋板生產(chǎn)已越來(lái)越受到廠家的重視。冷軋家電板一般為沖壓系列鋼板,對(duì)表面質(zhì)量具有嚴(yán)格要求,,為避免冷軋過程中出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品銹蝕而影響產(chǎn)品表面質(zhì)量的情況發(fā)生,通過電化學(xué)模擬加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)對(duì)比了冷軋各工序?qū)滠埌迥弯P蝕性能的影響,探究了冷軋家電板在生產(chǎn)過程中銹蝕律,同時(shí)模擬研究了熱處理工藝參數(shù)及工藝氣氛對(duì)家電板耐銹蝕性能的影響,闡明了冷軋家電板在生產(chǎn)過程中容易產(chǎn)生銹蝕的機(jī)理,研究結(jié)果如下: 1)在冷軋生產(chǎn)過程中,通過對(duì)各工藝加工后試樣進(jìn)行電化學(xué)加速模擬腐蝕試驗(yàn)后可知:脫脂液對(duì)家電板耐銹蝕性能沒有影響;罩式退火后試樣耐銹蝕性能最差,與連退后試樣耐銹蝕性能產(chǎn)生了較大差別,因此生產(chǎn)過程中退火工藝對(duì)試樣耐銹蝕性能產(chǎn)生了較大影響。通過對(duì)銹蝕位置微觀成分分析可知,試樣表面殘余元素的存在對(duì)試樣耐銹蝕性能同樣產(chǎn)生了重要影響。 2)通過對(duì)連退試樣及罩退試樣微觀形貌成分分析可知,罩退試樣因罩退熱處理工藝參數(shù)與連退熱處理工藝參數(shù)具有較大差別而產(chǎn)生的易析出元素以氧化物形式在鋼板表面富集析出,與鐵基體構(gòu)成腐蝕微電池是造成罩退后冷軋板容易出現(xiàn)耐銹蝕性能降低的主要原因。 3)550℃是該家電用冷軋板開始回復(fù)再結(jié)晶溫度,通過管式氣氛退火爐模擬退火工藝參數(shù)后,確定退火氣氛中氧元素的含量是影響冷軋板退火過程中易析出元素向鋼板表面析出的重要影響因素;并根據(jù)該廠實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況,制定退火工藝參數(shù)為退火溫度達(dá)到650℃,退火保溫32h后隨爐冷卻。經(jīng)改進(jìn)的退火工藝參數(shù),不僅是使生產(chǎn)冷軋家電板確保了產(chǎn)品表面質(zhì)量提高了產(chǎn)品合格率,同時(shí)也提高了生產(chǎn)效率節(jié)約能源。
[Abstract]:With the rise of home appliance market, cold rolled home appliance sheet has been paid more and more attention by manufacturers as a high-end cold-rolled sheet. The cold-rolled home appliance plate is generally a series of stamping steel plate, which has strict requirements on the surface quality. In order to avoid the product corrosion in the cold rolling process and affect the surface quality of the product, Through electrochemical simulation accelerated corrosion test, the effect of cold rolling process on corrosion resistance of cold rolled sheet was compared, and the rusting law of cold rolled home appliance sheet in production process was investigated. At the same time, the effects of heat treatment process parameters and process atmosphere on the corrosion resistance of home appliance plate are simulated, and the mechanism of corrosion is explained. The results are as follows: 1) in the cold rolling process, The results of electrochemical accelerated corrosion simulation tests showed that degreasing solution had no effect on the corrosion resistance of household appliances, and the corrosion resistance of the samples after mask annealing was the worst. The corrosion resistance of the sample is different from that of the back sample, so the annealing process has a great influence on the corrosion resistance of the sample. The results show that the presence of residual elements on the surface of the specimens also has an important effect on the corrosion resistance of the specimens. Due to the difference between the process parameters of heat treatment and that of continuous heat treatment, the precipitated elements are precipitated in the form of oxides on the surface of the steel plate. Corrosion microbattery formed with iron substrate is the main reason that the corrosion resistance of cold rolled sheet is easy to decrease. 350C is the recrystallization temperature of the cold rolled plate, and the annealing process parameters are simulated by the tube annealing furnace. It is determined that the content of oxygen element in annealing atmosphere is an important factor that affects the precipitation of easily precipitated elements to the surface of steel plate during the annealing process of cold rolled sheet, and according to the actual production condition of the plant, the annealing process parameters are as follows: annealing temperature up to 650 鈩
