特高壓電容式電壓互感器阻抗測量及參數(shù)靈敏度分析

【摘要】:為改善特高壓電容式電壓互感器(CVT)的工藝結(jié)構(gòu),提高其瞬態(tài)性能和可靠性,研究了其寬頻阻抗特性的測量和建模方法。首先,通過不同的測量方法獲得了壓接型和焊接型工藝結(jié)構(gòu)的1 000 kV特高壓CVT電容分壓器的寬頻阻抗特性,并相互驗證了測量方法的有效性;其次,基于特高壓CVT電容分壓器的寬頻阻抗測量數(shù)據(jù),建立了具有物理意義的寬頻等效電路模型,通過寬頻阻抗仿真結(jié)果與測量結(jié)果的比較驗證了模型的正確性和有效性;最后,定義了評價CVT性能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)函數(shù),并對特高壓CVT電容分壓器的蓄積電阻與蓄積電感、電容器電容與電導、均壓環(huán)對地電容等電路參數(shù)進行了靈敏度分析,為特高壓CVT的優(yōu)化設(shè)計、瞬態(tài)分析和工藝改進等提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the process structure of UHV capacitive voltage transformer (CVT) and improve its transient performance and reliability, the measurement and modeling method of its wide band impedance characteristics was studied. Firstly, the wide band impedance characteristics of the 1 000 kV UHV CVT capacitor divider with the welding and pressure type process structures are obtained through different measurement methods, and the validity of the measurement method is verified. Based on the measurement data of broadband impedance of UHV CVT capacitor divider, a physical broadband equivalent circuit model is established. The validity and validity of the model are verified by comparing the simulation results of broadband impedance with those of measurement results. The network function for evaluating the performance of CVT is defined. The circuit parameters such as accumulative resistance and accumulative inductance, capacitor capacitance and conductance, voltage-to-earth capacitance of UHV CVT capacitor divider are analyzed, which is used to optimize the design of UHV CVT. The transient analysis and process improvement are provided.
