含苯并噻二唑的二維有機(jī)染料的合成與光伏性能研究

【摘要】:通過引入烷基二噻吩苯并噻二唑窄帶隙基元到D-π-A有機(jī)染料體系中,設(shè)計(jì)并合成了兩種二維結(jié)構(gòu)的有機(jī)染料DD2和DH2,系統(tǒng)地研究了以烷基二噻吩苯并噻二唑基元作為側(cè)基或橋聯(lián)基元對染料敏化劑的光物理性能、電化學(xué)性能和光伏性能的影響.含有烷基二噻吩苯并噻二唑基元的這兩種染料都具有較寬的吸收光譜.在氙燈光源(100mW?cm-2,AM 1.5 G)下,基于有機(jī)染料DH2和DD2的染料敏化太陽能電池的能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率分別為1.67%和3.26%.采用鵝去氧膽酸(CDCA)共吸附劑優(yōu)化后,染料DH2表現(xiàn)出較好的抗聚集能力,能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率幾乎沒有變化;而DD2的能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率提高到了5.53%.
[Abstract]:The narrow band gap unit of alkyl dithiophene benzothiadiazole was introduced into D- 蟺 -A organic dye system. Two 2-D organic dyes, DD2 and DH _ 2, were designed and synthesized. The effects of alkyl dithiophene benzothiadiazole unit as side group or bridged unit on the photophysical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties of dye sensitizers were systematically studied. Both dyes containing alkyl dithiophene benzothiadiazole have wide absorption spectra. The energy conversion efficiency of dye sensitized solar cells based on organic dyes DH2 and DD2 was 1.67% and 3.26%, respectively. The dye DH2 showed good anti-aggregation ability and almost no change in energy conversion efficiency, but the energy conversion efficiency of DD2 was increased to 5.53 after the co-adsorbent of chenodeoxycholic acid was used.
