變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著成都電力行業(yè)改革的不斷深入,成都經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和用電負(fù)荷的迅猛增長(zhǎng),成都電網(wǎng)規(guī)模隨之不斷擴(kuò)大,新設(shè)備、新技術(shù)的廣泛使用,電力設(shè)備的增多,使生產(chǎn)技術(shù)部所承擔(dān)的任務(wù)安排日益繁重。變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),對(duì)優(yōu)化原有管理流程,全面提升生產(chǎn)管理水平尤為重要。變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)建立了一套完善的生產(chǎn)管理體系,使企業(yè)內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)鏈間達(dá)到信息共享,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,優(yōu)化了業(yè)務(wù)管理環(huán)節(jié),規(guī)范了審批流程,從管理上加強(qiáng)了對(duì)任務(wù)的監(jiān)控,提高了公司生產(chǎn)管理的水平。首先結(jié)合電力公司變電運(yùn)行安全管理的現(xiàn)狀來(lái)提出需求,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的變電運(yùn)行安全管理現(xiàn)狀來(lái)提出相應(yīng)的要求,從而進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析和任務(wù)確立,細(xì)分和完善變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)功能需求,建立用例分析和關(guān)系,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上完成項(xiàng)目任務(wù)的確定,細(xì)分各個(gè)需求需要的功能和需要完成的任務(wù)。在完成對(duì)變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)的需求把握之后,需要完成對(duì)變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)。在完成需求分析和任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,先完成整套體系的搭建,將整個(gè)電力公司變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)分為7個(gè)大模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),內(nèi)容包括完成程序流程的規(guī)劃和完成各個(gè)對(duì)象的關(guān)系,主要包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)、狀態(tài)估計(jì)、負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全。完成上述兩個(gè)步驟之后需要對(duì)系統(tǒng)的每個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的代碼編寫(xiě)工作,最后完成項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能的測(cè)試。測(cè)試部分主要包括二個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,即黑盒測(cè)試和白盒測(cè)試,黑盒測(cè)試主要是對(duì)變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)功能的測(cè)試,白盒測(cè)試是要深入的分析變電運(yùn)行安全管理系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部分支進(jìn)行測(cè)試。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在電力公司投入使用,通過(guò)了實(shí)用化驗(yàn)收。在使用中得到了不斷完善和改進(jìn),在安全生產(chǎn)工作中發(fā)揮了較好的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of Chengdu electric power industry, the rapid development of Chengdu economy and the rapid growth of power load, the scale of Chengdu power network is expanding, the new equipment and new technology are widely used, and the power equipment is increasing. The task arrangement of the production technology department is becoming more and more onerous. The design and implementation of substation operation safety management system is particularly important to optimize the original management process and improve the production management level. The substation operation safety management system has set up a set of perfect production management system, which makes the internal business chain of the enterprise achieve information sharing, link with each other, optimize the business management link, standardize the examination and approval process. From the management to strengthen the task of monitoring, improve the level of production management of the company. First of all, according to the current situation of substation operation safety management in electric power companies to put forward the demand, combined with the domestic and foreign substation operation safety management situation to put forward the corresponding requirements, so as to carry out detailed analysis and task establishment, The functional requirements of substation operation safety management system are subdivided and perfected, and use case analysis and relationship are established. On the basis of requirement analysis, the project tasks are determined, and the required functions and tasks are subdivided. After completing the requirement of substation operation safety management system, it is necessary to complete the architecture and design of substation operation safety management system. On the basis of requirement analysis and task, the whole system is first built, and the whole power company substation operation safety management system is divided into seven modules to design and implement. The content includes the completion of the program flow planning and the completion of the relationship between the various objects, including network topology, state estimation, load forecasting, network security. After the completion of the above two steps, each module of the system needs to be written in detail, and finally the project is completed, and the functions of the safety management system for the substation operation are tested. The test part mainly includes two aspects: black box test and white box test. Black box test is mainly about the function test of substation safety management system. White box test is to analyze the internal branch of substation operation safety management system for testing. The system has been put into use in the power company, passed the practical acceptance. In use has been continuously improved and improved, in the work of safety has played a better role.
