石墨烯紙的制備及電容特性

【摘要】:利用未經(jīng)任何分散處理的氧化石墨溶膠在氣-液界面自組裝得到氧化石墨紙(鐖=10 cm),將氧化石墨紙在不同溫度下用水合肼蒸氣還原制得石墨烯紙.采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、Raman光譜、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)及氮吸附對還原前后樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、表面特性、元素組成及比表面積進行了表征,在此基礎(chǔ)上考察了還原處理及還原溫度對材料電容特性的影響.結(jié)果表明,在150℃下還原氧化石墨紙得到的石墨烯紙具有較好的電化學(xué)電容特性,其在1000 mA/g恒定充放電電流密度下,6 mol/L KOH電解質(zhì)溶液中的質(zhì)量比電容達到142 F/g,1000次充放電循環(huán)后電容保持率為99.8%.
[Abstract]:Graphite oxide paper (10 cm ~ (-1) was prepared by self-assembly of graphite oxide sol without any dispersing treatment at the gas-liquid interface. Graphene paper was prepared by reduction of graphite oxide paper with hydrazine hydrate vapor at different temperatures. The microstructure, surface properties, elemental composition and specific surface area of the samples before and after reduction were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRDX) Raman spectra and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and nitrogen adsorption. On this basis, the effects of reduction treatment and reduction temperature on the capacitance characteristics of the materials were investigated.
