智能變電站二次設備性能評估方法的研究

【摘要】:在智能變電站建設過程中,由于新技術的不斷應用,智能變電站二次設備性能的檢測標準以及性能評估規(guī)范體系尚未建立健全,欠缺整體評估手段,還不能全面、科學地反映智能變電站二次設備的性能水平。為了對智能變電站二次設備的性能進行正確評估,為運維管理提供可靠依據(jù),本文著力研究智能變電站二次設備的性能評估技術,最終形成智能變電站二次設備性能評估的全套評估方案,建立智能變電站二次設備的單體性能評估模型,提高性能評估的系統(tǒng)性和準確性。 首先,針對影響因素和運行人員反饋的實際問題,本文分析并選取了智能變電站二次設備性能評估指標體系的主要方面,按照不同類型設備的特點,分別補充、完善并最終建立各自的性能評估指標體系。 其次,,經(jīng)過比較分析多種方法,采用層次分析法(AHP法)計算智能變電站二次設備性能評估指標的初始權(quán)重,然后引入變權(quán)理論對需要變權(quán)的指標進行變權(quán)處理;介紹了引入變權(quán)理論后的權(quán)重計算過程,由此建立的權(quán)重計算模型既能保留層次分析法定性與定量相結(jié)合的優(yōu)點,同時也吸收了變權(quán)理論能兼顧性能指標值關于性能指標的水平組態(tài)的特點。 再次,針對智能變電站二次設備性能的綜合評估計算方法進行分析和選擇,采用模糊綜合評估法進行智能變電站二次設備性能評估的計算,建立了二級模糊綜合評估模型,在分析的基礎上合理選擇模糊正態(tài)分布隸屬函數(shù)進行隸屬度的計算。結(jié)合由AHP法和變權(quán)理論得到的權(quán)重值,將模糊綜合評估法應用于智能終端的性能評估。 最后,在智能變電站二次設備性能評估體系建立完成的基礎上,利用現(xiàn)代化網(wǎng)絡技術開發(fā)了智能變電站二次設備性能評估系統(tǒng)。該評估系統(tǒng)能夠為智能變電站二次設備的性能評估工作提供信息化支持,同時為企業(yè)的設備選型等工作提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎。
[Abstract]:In the process of intelligent substation construction, due to the continuous application of new technology, the performance test standard and performance evaluation standard system of the secondary equipment in intelligent substation have not been established and perfected, lacking the whole evaluation means and not being comprehensive. Scientifically reflect the performance level of secondary equipment in intelligent substation. In order to correctly evaluate the performance of secondary equipment in intelligent substation and provide reliable basis for operation and maintenance management, this paper studies the performance evaluation technology of secondary equipment in intelligent substation. Finally, a complete evaluation scheme of secondary equipment performance evaluation in intelligent substation is formed, and a single performance evaluation model of secondary equipment in intelligent substation is established to improve the systematicness and accuracy of performance evaluation. First of all, in view of the actual problems of influencing factors and operators' feedback, this paper analyzes and selects the main aspects of the performance evaluation index system of secondary equipment in intelligent substation, which is supplemented according to the characteristics of different types of equipment. Perfect and finally establish their performance evaluation index system. Secondly, after comparing and analyzing various methods, the AHP method is used to calculate the initial weight of the performance evaluation index of secondary equipment in intelligent substation, and then the variable weight theory is introduced to deal with the variable weight index. The weight calculation process after introducing the variable weight theory is introduced. The weight calculation model can not only preserve the advantages of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy process (AHP). At the same time, the variable weight theory can take into account the characteristics of the horizontal configuration of the performance index. Thirdly, according to the analysis and selection of the comprehensive evaluation calculation method of the secondary equipment performance of intelligent substation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the performance evaluation of the secondary equipment in the intelligent substation, and the two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. On the basis of analysis, the membership degree of fuzzy normal distribution is calculated. Combined with the weight value obtained from AHP method and variable weight theory, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the performance evaluation of intelligent terminal. Finally, based on the establishment of intelligent substation secondary equipment performance evaluation system, an intelligent substation secondary equipment performance evaluation system is developed using modern network technology. The evaluation system can provide information support for the performance evaluation of secondary equipment in intelligent substation and provide data basis for equipment selection in enterprises.
