基于敘事學(xué)的家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:本文試將文學(xué)敘事理論引入到家電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)范疇中,從敘事學(xué)的視角探討如何通過(guò)家電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)更好的滿足人們的情感與體驗(yàn)等深層次的心理需求,以敘事為軸線探索新的家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)思路,整合構(gòu)建出敘事性的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法以引導(dǎo)未來(lái)家電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)走向。 首先,本文提出基于敘事學(xué)的家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)研究的背景與現(xiàn)狀、研究目及意義和研究思路。通過(guò)對(duì)敘事學(xué)理論的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)及其在設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中的運(yùn)用研究,對(duì)敘事學(xué)理論于家電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中運(yùn)用的可行性進(jìn)行分析論證。并通過(guò)對(duì)家電產(chǎn)品敘事的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論分析總結(jié),結(jié)合敘事學(xué)分析理論、符號(hào)學(xué)和情境理論分別對(duì)家電產(chǎn)品敘事的基本要素和特征,以及家電產(chǎn)品的敘事理念、家電產(chǎn)品敘事結(jié)構(gòu)、家電產(chǎn)品敘事手法和意義進(jìn)行了闡述。從心理學(xué)、行為學(xué)的角度對(duì)用戶體驗(yàn)需求進(jìn)行了分析研究,,結(jié)合消費(fèi)者心理和行為挖掘用戶的體驗(yàn)需求并分析了體驗(yàn)需求產(chǎn)生的原因及其表現(xiàn)形式,在此研究基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建出體驗(yàn)需求的挖掘體系。通過(guò)家電產(chǎn)品敘事、用戶體驗(yàn)需求敘事、家電產(chǎn)品敘事方法等學(xué)科內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)建出家電產(chǎn)品敘事性體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)模型。最后,以家用電冰箱的敘事性體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)研究為課題,完成一款基于敘事學(xué)的家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)模型的冰箱設(shè)計(jì),將本文闡述的基于敘事學(xué)的家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理念于實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)案例中應(yīng)用與檢驗(yàn)。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于選擇了一個(gè)具有創(chuàng)新意義的研究視角,將家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)與敘事學(xué)相關(guān)理論相結(jié)合,且從家電產(chǎn)品敘事的構(gòu)成要素出發(fā),系統(tǒng)的提出了家電產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)的敘事性構(gòu)建方法,為探索家電產(chǎn)品敘事性體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)提供一種全新的設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:This paper tries to introduce the literary narrative theory into the category of household appliances product design, and from the perspective of narratology, discusses how to better meet the deep psychological needs of people, such as emotion and experience, through the design of household appliances products. Taking narrative as the axis, this paper explores the new experience design ideas of household appliances, integrates and constructs the narrative experience design method to guide the future home appliance product design trend. Firstly, this paper puts forward the background and present situation of the research on the experience design of household appliances based on narratology. Through the research on the development and trend of narratology theory and its application in the field of design, the feasibility of the application of narratology theory in the field of household appliances design is analyzed and demonstrated. And through the analysis and summary of the related basic theory of the household appliance product narrative, combined with the narrative analysis theory, the semiotics and the situation theory, respectively, the basic elements and characteristics of the home appliance product narrative, as well as the home appliance product narrative idea. The narrative structure, narrative techniques and significance of household appliances are expounded. From the perspective of psychology and behavior, this paper analyzes and studies the needs of user experience, combines the psychology and behavior of consumers to excavate the experience needs of users, and analyzes the causes and manifestations of experience needs. On the basis of this research, the mining system of experience demand is constructed. Through the narrative of household appliances, the narrative of user experience needs and the narrative method of household appliances, the narrative experience design model of household appliances is established. Finally, taking the research of narrative experience design of household refrigerator as the subject, a refrigerator design based on the experience design model of household appliances products is completed. The experience design concept of household appliances based on narratology is applied and tested in practical design cases. The innovation of this paper lies in choosing an innovative research perspective, combining the experience design of household appliances with the related theories of narratology, and proceeding from the elements of the narrative of household appliances. The narrative construction method of household appliance product experience is put forward systematically, which provides a new design strategy for exploring the narrative experience design of household appliance product.
