【摘要】:從2003年美國(guó)提出智能電網(wǎng)開始,我國(guó)對(duì)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)投入了巨大的精力,并取得了顯著的成績(jī)。智能電網(wǎng)依靠數(shù)字技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)對(duì)電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密的監(jiān)測(cè)控制,為實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)的信息化、互動(dòng)化和自動(dòng)化提供了技術(shù)支撐。智能電網(wǎng)用戶側(cè)建設(shè)將是電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的下一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。使電力用戶能夠?qū)崟r(shí)了解自己的用電信息,并參與用電管理以降低本單位或家庭的用電費(fèi)用,是實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)用電、提高能效的重要手段。電網(wǎng)通過能效監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè),引導(dǎo)用戶用電負(fù)荷的轉(zhuǎn)移,進(jìn)行削峰填谷,降低對(duì)輸配電設(shè)施容量的需求,能提高用戶的收益,達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目的。 本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前對(duì)能效監(jiān)測(cè)的建設(shè)需求,設(shè)計(jì)了熱工型和基本電量型兩種監(jiān)測(cè)終端。電力能效監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是能效采集系統(tǒng)的重要組成,主要用于發(fā)電廠、變電站、電力用戶、電力通信中,為電力系統(tǒng)能效監(jiān)測(cè)和控制提供有效數(shù)據(jù)支持。本文首先對(duì)能效監(jiān)控進(jìn)行了研究,分析了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及能效終端的功能需求。主要對(duì)終端的硬件和軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。首先給出了終端硬件框架、中央處理單元、輸入輸出單元、輔助單元和計(jì)量單元的硬件設(shè)計(jì);然后分功能對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)計(jì)軟件構(gòu)架,針對(duì)構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)了主線程、通信和采集模塊軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,并對(duì)其他功能模塊進(jìn)行了單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)。最后對(duì)能效終端進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)檢測(cè),保證了系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性。本文設(shè)計(jì)的監(jiān)測(cè)終端提高了數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)的智能化,促進(jìn)監(jiān)測(cè)終端質(zhì)量提升,進(jìn)一步為完善電力能效測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)管理體系及推動(dòng)需求響應(yīng)服務(wù)提供了支撐。
[Abstract]:Since the smart grid was put forward by the United States in 2003, our country has invested a great deal of energy in the construction of power grid, and has made remarkable achievements. Smart grid relies on digital technology and network technology to monitor and control the power grid, which provides technical support for the realization of information, interaction and automation of power grid. Smart grid user-side construction will be the next focus of grid development. It is an important means to realize scientific power consumption and improve energy efficiency by enabling power users to know their own power information in real time and participate in the management of electricity to reduce the electricity cost of their own units or households. Through the construction of energy efficiency monitoring project, the grid can guide the transfer of electricity load, cut the peak and fill the valley, reduce the demand for the capacity of transmission and distribution facilities, increase the income of users and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. According to the construction demand of energy efficiency monitoring at present, two kinds of monitoring terminals, thermal type and basic electricity type, are designed in this paper. Power energy efficiency monitoring system is an important component of energy efficiency acquisition system. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, power users and power communication to provide effective data support for power system energy efficiency monitoring and control. In this paper, energy efficiency monitoring and control are studied, and the key technologies and functional requirements of energy efficiency terminals are analyzed. The hardware and software of the terminal are designed. The hardware design of terminal hardware frame, central processing unit, input and output unit, auxiliary unit and metering unit is given. The structure and function of communication and acquisition module software are designed separately. Finally, the system detection of energy efficiency terminal is carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the system. The monitoring terminal designed in this paper improves the intelligence of data detection, promotes the quality of monitoring terminal, and provides the support for perfecting the technical management system of power energy efficiency evaluation and promoting the demand response service.
