基于狀態(tài)檢修的電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估

【摘要】:設(shè)備故障率的計(jì)算是電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),將基于狀態(tài)檢修的設(shè)備故障率算法應(yīng)用到電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估中,在一定程度上提高了設(shè)備故障率的準(zhǔn)確度、可信度;跔顟B(tài)檢修的電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估方法充分考慮了電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行中存在的不確定性,通過線路過載、變壓器過載、過電壓、低電壓和失負(fù)荷五項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)較全面地描述電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,且應(yīng)用了層次分析法計(jì)算電網(wǎng)綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo),為對比電網(wǎng)不同運(yùn)行方式下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大小提供了參考依據(jù)。通過實(shí)際算例分析,驗(yàn)證了基于狀態(tài)檢修的電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The calculation of equipment failure rate is a key link in the risk assessment of power network operation. The application of equipment failure rate algorithm based on condition-based maintenance to power network operation risk assessment improves the accuracy and credibility of equipment failure rate to a certain extent. The risk assessment method of power network operation based on condition-based maintenance takes full account of the uncertainty existing in the operation of the power network, through line overload, transformer overload, overvoltage, The five risk indexes of low voltage and load loss describe the operation risk level of power network more comprehensively, and apply AHP to calculate the comprehensive risk index of power network, which provides a reference for comparing the risk of different operation modes of power grid. The effectiveness of the risk assessment method based on condition-based maintenance is verified by a practical example.
