【摘要】:電費(fèi)收繳是供電企業(yè)營銷管理中的重要環(huán)節(jié),直接關(guān)系到供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效益。電費(fèi)回收率作為衡量供電企業(yè)營銷服務(wù)水平的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo),也是網(wǎng)省公司下達(dá)的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。而低壓用戶電費(fèi)收繳過程中,又因?yàn)槠淇蛻羧后w多,覆蓋范圍廣,是完成電費(fèi)回收過程中的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。信息化在電費(fèi)收費(fèi)中的應(yīng)用是實(shí)現(xiàn)國網(wǎng)公司建設(shè)“SG186”工程的目標(biāo),建成垂直管理的一體化企業(yè)信息集成平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)公司信息流和數(shù)據(jù)共享;促進(jìn)數(shù)字化電網(wǎng)的建成。對(duì)國家其他行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展都具有重要的意義。本文基于國家信息化建設(shè)的大背景下,從銅陵地區(qū)電費(fèi)收繳的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)影響電費(fèi)收繳因子進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)采用回歸分析法擬合各種繳費(fèi)方式的因素分析模型,提出適合不同類型居民的繳費(fèi)方式。并對(duì)營銷系統(tǒng)中電費(fèi)收費(fèi)各環(huán)節(jié)信息化集成和應(yīng)用做了簡單的分析和研究。供電企業(yè)公司一直都很關(guān)注信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用開發(fā)。本文所述的一體化電網(wǎng)平臺(tái),按照最新的IEC61970/IEC61968標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用CIM模型。該模型給電力企業(yè)的電網(wǎng)設(shè)備建模提供了一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、開放的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將銅陵公司客戶基本信息、客戶抄表信息、電表資產(chǎn)信息、客戶電費(fèi)賬務(wù)信息、客戶繳費(fèi)記錄信息、10kV配變臺(tái)區(qū)信息等整合到一起,從而構(gòu)建起一個(gè)多維度立體描述架構(gòu),為企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化管理提供了系統(tǒng)支持。電費(fèi)收費(fèi)主要分為三個(gè)方面即:一、電表指數(shù)的抄錄工作,二、根據(jù)抄表指數(shù)計(jì)算電費(fèi)以及對(duì)計(jì)算電費(fèi)的核算工作,三、電費(fèi)的收取工作。本文通過對(duì)銅陵供電公司近年來電費(fèi)收繳過程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中信息化集成應(yīng)用以及對(duì)現(xiàn)階段實(shí)施的收費(fèi)效果進(jìn)行了簡單的研究和分析。上述問題的研究為地區(qū)營銷電費(fèi)收費(fèi)信息化集成及信息化企業(yè)奠定了重要的理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)國家電網(wǎng)信息化建設(shè)工程戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Electricity charge collection is an important link in the marketing management of power supply enterprises, which is directly related to the operating efficiency of power supply enterprises. As an important index to measure the marketing service level of power supply enterprises, the tariff recovery rate is also an important index issued by the provincial companies. However, in the process of collecting low-voltage users' electricity, it is difficult and important to complete the process of electricity recovery because of its large number of customers and wide coverage. The application of information technology in electricity charge is to realize the goal of building "SG186" project of national network company, to build the integrated enterprise information integration platform of vertical management, to realize the information flow and data sharing of the company, and to promote the establishment of digital power grid. It is of great significance to the development of information technology in other industries of the country. Based on the background of national information construction and the current situation of electricity collection in Tongling area, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the collection of electricity charges, and uses regression analysis method to fit the factors analysis model of various payment methods. Put forward different types of residents for the payment of fees. It also makes a simple analysis and research on the information integration and application of electricity charge in the marketing system. Power supply companies have been paying close attention to the application and development of information systems. The integrated grid platform described in this paper adopts CIM model according to the latest IEC61970/IEC61968 standard. The model provides a standard, open reference standard for power enterprise modeling of power grid equipment, which includes customer basic information, customer meter reading information, ammeter asset information, customer electricity charge account information, etc. The information of customer payment record is integrated into the information of 10kV distribution station, thus a multi-dimensional three-dimensional description framework is constructed, which provides a system support for modern management of enterprises. Electricity charges are mainly divided into three aspects: first, meter index copying work, second, according to meter reading index calculation of electricity charges and calculation of the calculation of electricity bills, third, electricity charges collection work. This paper makes a simple research and analysis on the application of information integration in the process of electricity collection in Tongling Power supply Company in recent years and on the effect of charging in the present stage. The study of the above problems has laid an important theoretical foundation for the informatization integration and informatization enterprises of regional marketing and charges, and has important reference value for the implementation of the information construction strategy of the State Grid.
