京隆電廠運行優(yōu)化與節(jié)能降耗

【摘要】:工業(yè)文明極大地改變?nèi)祟惿罘绞降耐瑫r,也消耗了大量能源。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,煤、石油、天然氣等化石能源消耗量急劇增長,而風(fēng)能、太陽能等可再生能源由于其自身缺陷而無法大規(guī)模替代化石能源。全球范圍內(nèi)的能源短缺,加速了人們對節(jié)能理念的認(rèn)知,節(jié)能降耗也因此成為我國電力行業(yè)技術(shù)升級和生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化的主要目標(biāo)之一。本文分析燃煤電廠高能耗設(shè)備發(fā)現(xiàn)泵與風(fēng)機耗電占廠用電的大部分,以內(nèi)蒙古京隆電廠為案例,逐步分析了泵與風(fēng)機的負(fù)荷特性與節(jié)能方案,其中重點分析包括暖風(fēng)器、電動機變頻器、空冷系統(tǒng)和給水泵等在內(nèi)的多處節(jié)能改造或優(yōu)化運行方案,總結(jié)節(jié)能和優(yōu)化方案對京隆電廠降低煤耗、電耗的優(yōu)勢。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),京隆電廠原暖風(fēng)器由于結(jié)構(gòu)原因容易結(jié)垢,而通過采用可旋轉(zhuǎn)型暖風(fēng)器,可有效降低阻力,有利于送風(fēng)機的節(jié)能降耗;原有引風(fēng)機采用入口靜葉調(diào)整出力,效率低且運行過程出現(xiàn)較多問題,可以通過采用電動機變頻調(diào)節(jié)的方式加以解決;對凝結(jié)水泵電動機變頻器的節(jié)能改造,在降低廠用電方面有重要的促進(jìn)作用。不僅如此,京隆電廠運行優(yōu)化中的重要環(huán)節(jié)還包括:對直接空冷機組風(fēng)機群的優(yōu)化和對鍋爐給水泵的優(yōu)化運行。通過對節(jié)能改造和優(yōu)化運行的前后的電耗量對比或者通過現(xiàn)場試驗測試的方式發(fā)現(xiàn),京隆電廠對泵與風(fēng)機系統(tǒng)的運行優(yōu)化和節(jié)能降耗效果明顯。本文為同類電廠的節(jié)能降耗工作提供了一定的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Industrial civilization has greatly changed the way of life, but also consumed a lot of energy. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the consumption of fossil energy such as coal, oil and natural gas has increased rapidly, while renewable energy such as wind energy and solar energy cannot replace fossil energy on a large scale because of their own defects. The global energy shortage has accelerated people's understanding of the idea of energy conservation, and energy saving and consumption reduction has therefore become one of the main goals of upgrading and optimizing the production of power industry in China. In this paper, the power consumption of high energy consumption equipment in coal-fired power plant is analyzed. Taking Jinglong Power Plant in Inner Mongolia as an example, the load characteristics and energy saving scheme of pump and fan are analyzed step by step. This paper summarizes the advantages of energy-saving and optimization schemes for reducing coal and electricity consumption in Jinglong Power Plant. It is found that the original air heater of Jinglong Power Plant is easy to scale due to structural reasons, and the resistance can be effectively reduced by adopting the rotary type heater, which is beneficial to the energy saving and consumption reduction of the blower, and the original inducer adopts the inlet static vane to adjust the output force. The efficiency is low and there are many problems in the operation process, which can be solved by adopting the method of motor frequency conversion regulation, and the energy-saving transformation of the condensate pump motor inverter has an important promoting role in reducing the auxiliary power consumption. Moreover, the important links in the operation optimization of Jinglong Power Plant include the optimization of the fan group of the direct air-cooled unit and the optimal operation of the boiler feed water pump. By comparing the power consumption before and after the energy saving transformation and optimization operation or by field test, it is found that the operation optimization and energy saving effect of the pump and fan system in Jinglong Power Plant are obvious. This paper provides a certain basis for energy saving and consumption reduction in similar power plants.
