基于電化學(xué)噪聲的304不銹鋼腐蝕檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:304不銹鋼由于具備良好的抗腐蝕能力和機(jī)械性能,被廣泛的應(yīng)用在核電行業(yè),在我國(guó)大力發(fā)展核能的背景下,研究304不銹鋼腐蝕情況對(duì)預(yù)防核電材料失效具有非常重要的意義。電化學(xué)噪聲腐蝕監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)有無損、實(shí)時(shí)、精度高、數(shù)據(jù)采集簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn),比較適合進(jìn)行304不銹鋼腐蝕機(jī)理的探究以及核電現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料腐蝕情況的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。根據(jù)核電站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,本文研發(fā)了基于ARM9的電化學(xué)噪聲儀器,包括電流噪聲6級(jí)精確放大電路、24位AD高精度采集、U盤存儲(chǔ)、無線傳輸數(shù)據(jù)、24V蓄電池/220V供電等模塊,并且通過對(duì)微小信號(hào)包地處理、采用軍工級(jí)抗干擾線束和接頭、采用溫漂小的電阻等方法,進(jìn)一步提升了噪聲儀器抗干擾和耐高溫的能力,基本滿足了核電站專用電化學(xué)噪聲采集儀器的要求。本文編寫了電化學(xué)噪聲數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件,該軟件包含了目前所有主流的電化學(xué)噪聲數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,電化學(xué)參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、散粒噪聲分析方法、小波分析分析方法、時(shí)頻分析方法、混沌分析方法等,并具備批處理的功能,極大提高了科研效率。本文進(jìn)行了304不銹鋼在NaCl溶液中不同溫度下的腐蝕情況的研究,采用噪聲電阻統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、散粒噪聲理論和小波分析方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理,發(fā)現(xiàn)腐蝕速率隨著溫度升高,明顯增大,并且當(dāng)溫度升高到80℃,腐蝕速率波動(dòng)性明顯增強(qiáng),腐蝕類型也隨著溫度的升高發(fā)生了變化,由鈍化轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)辄c(diǎn)蝕,并且通過光學(xué)顯微鏡觀察樣品腐蝕形貌對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。本文分別在實(shí)驗(yàn)室和核電站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了304不銹鋼在高溫高壓條件下的腐蝕情況的研究,實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù)和核電現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)都表明,電流噪聲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差的變化情況與高溫條件下304不銹鋼的腐蝕速率的變化情況非常吻合,電流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差能夠比較好的預(yù)測(cè)高溫條件下304不銹鋼的腐蝕速率。
[Abstract]:304 stainless steel has been widely used in nuclear power industry because of its good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Under the background of vigorously developing nuclear energy in China, it is very important to study the corrosion situation of 304 stainless steel to prevent nuclear power material from failure. Electrochemical noise corrosion monitoring technology has the characteristics of nondestructive, real-time, high precision and simple data collection. It is suitable for the investigation of corrosion mechanism of 304 stainless steel and the real-time monitoring of corrosion situation of nuclear power field materials. According to the field situation of nuclear power station, the electrochemical noise instrument based on ARM9 has been developed in this paper, including current noise level 6 precision amplifier circuit with 24 bits AD high precision acquisition, U disk storage, wireless transmission data 24V / 220V battery / 220V power supply module, etc. In addition, the anti-jamming ability of noise instruments and high temperature resistance are further improved by processing small signals, adopting anti-interference wire harness and connector of military industry level, and adopting small resistance of temperature drift, etc. It basically meets the requirements of the special electrochemical noise acquisition instrument for nuclear power station. In this paper, the electrochemical noise data processing software is developed. The software includes all the main methods of electrochemical noise data processing, electrochemical parameter statistics, granular noise analysis, wavelet analysis, time-frequency analysis. Chaotic analysis method, and has the function of batch processing, greatly improve the efficiency of scientific research. The corrosion of 304 stainless steel at different temperatures in NaCl solution was studied in this paper. The data were processed by means of statistical method of noise resistance, granular noise theory and wavelet analysis. It was found that the corrosion rate increased with temperature.
