【摘要】:開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)以其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、低損耗、易控制等多種優(yōu)良性能越來(lái)越受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注,其驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)很快發(fā)展成為一種新型的無(wú)極調(diào)速系統(tǒng),在眾多領(lǐng)域如電動(dòng)汽車(chē)、航空航天、家用電器等領(lǐng)域的使用越來(lái)越普遍。轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)是開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的一個(gè)突出缺陷,它一直是學(xué)者們研究的重點(diǎn)。開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)內(nèi)部復(fù)雜的電磁關(guān)系使得傳統(tǒng)的電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)公式不適用于此電機(jī),并且磁路計(jì)算相當(dāng)復(fù)雜,因此開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)軟件顯得尤為重要。 首先本文簡(jiǎn)要的闡述了當(dāng)前開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)(SRM)的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特性與運(yùn)行原理,在分析開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)幾種典型模型的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了電機(jī)的電磁設(shè)計(jì)方案。 其次深入研究了電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的影響,主要參數(shù)包括氣隙、轉(zhuǎn)子外徑、定子外徑、繞組匝數(shù)、鐵心長(zhǎng)度及定轉(zhuǎn)子極弧寬度,,并對(duì)其部分結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;之后從優(yōu)化定轉(zhuǎn)子磁極結(jié)構(gòu)的角度出發(fā),提出了采用定子帶極靴的電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的方法,并運(yùn)用有限元分析軟件Ansoft Maxwell對(duì)優(yōu)化后的電機(jī)進(jìn)行全域的有限元分析和電磁計(jì)算。 最后簡(jiǎn)要介紹了利用Visual Basic語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行電機(jī)電磁設(shè)計(jì)的方法,重點(diǎn)研究了Visual Basic與Ansoft Maxwell之間接口技術(shù),參考一些已有的電磁設(shè)計(jì)公式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)系數(shù),使用編程語(yǔ)言Visual Basic編制了CAD設(shè)計(jì)軟件,并對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的CAD輸入界面和輸出界面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,同時(shí)通過(guò)腳本語(yǔ)言,完成VB與Ansoft Maxwell軟件之間的無(wú)縫鏈接,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電磁設(shè)計(jì)工程軟件一鍵式有限元的求解功能。
[Abstract]:Switched reluctance motor (SRM) has attracted more and more attention because of its simple structure, low loss, easy control and so on. The drive system of switched reluctance motor (SRM) has developed rapidly into a new type of electrodeless speed regulation system, such as electric vehicles. Aerospace, home appliances and other areas of use is becoming more and more common. Torque ripple is a prominent defect of switched reluctance motor (SRM). Because of the complex electromagnetic relation of switched reluctance motor, the traditional formula of motor design is not suitable for this motor, and the calculation of magnetic circuit is very complicated, so the design software of switched reluctance motor is very important. Firstly, the development and research status of switched reluctance motor (SRM) are briefly described in this paper. Based on the analysis of several typical models of switched reluctance motor (SRM), the electromagnetic design scheme of SRM is determined by combining the structure characteristics and operation principle of SRM. Secondly, the influence of motor structure parameters on torque ripple is deeply studied. The main parameters include air gap, rotor outer diameter, stator outer diameter, winding turns, iron core length and stator pole arc width, and some of its structural parameters are optimized. Then from the point of view of optimizing the stator and rotor magnetic pole structure, a method of restraining torque ripple by using the motor structure with stator pole boots is put forward. The finite element analysis and electromagnetic calculation of the optimized motor are carried out by using the finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell. In the end, the paper briefly introduces the method of electromagnetism design of motor using Visual Basic language, and focuses on the interface technology between Visual Basic and Ansoft Maxwell, referring to some existing electromagnetic design formulas and empirical coefficients. The CAD design software is programmed with the programming language Visual Basic, and the CAD input interface and output interface of switched reluctance motor are described in detail. At the same time, the seamless link between VB and Ansoft Maxwell software is completed by script language. The function of solving one-key finite element of electromagnetic design engineering software is realized.
