智能電網(wǎng)需求響應(yīng)信息交換接口研究

【摘要】:需求響應(yīng)(demand response, DR)采取誘導(dǎo)性機(jī)制促使用戶改變電力消費(fèi)模式,是智能電網(wǎng)的主要應(yīng)用之一,但目前只能依靠手動完成,沒有統(tǒng)一自動實(shí)現(xiàn)的設(shè)備。本文通過設(shè)計(jì)智能電網(wǎng)需求響應(yīng)信息交換接口,即需求響應(yīng)應(yīng)用進(jìn)程間通信的實(shí)體,實(shí)現(xiàn)需求響應(yīng)的自動化。 首先,本文結(jié)合國家相關(guān)政策、電網(wǎng)公司出臺的管理辦法,在調(diào)查市場及用戶需求的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了價格型和激勵型需求響應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,提取出8個用例,通過用例的不同組合可以完成不同功能。 然后,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)了智能電網(wǎng)需求響應(yīng)信息交換接口,包括:需求響應(yīng)信息交換系統(tǒng)組成及部署、需求響應(yīng)信息交換接口層次結(jié)構(gòu)及相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)、需求響應(yīng)信息交換接口服務(wù)功能設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)組成將智能電網(wǎng)分為4個域,每個域有相應(yīng)的角色,在不同的通信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施上傳輸信息。接口層次結(jié)構(gòu)包括功能層、信息層和通信層。服務(wù)功能設(shè)計(jì)中分析了需求響應(yīng)信息交換接口提供的4類功能,并給出相應(yīng)原語。 最后,從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)兩方面開發(fā)需求響應(yīng)信息交換系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用三層架構(gòu)模式,設(shè)計(jì)了DR服務(wù)器、DR聚合系統(tǒng)以及DR客戶端。數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)中根據(jù)電網(wǎng)特點(diǎn),選用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫,結(jié)合功能模塊的劃分,給出數(shù)據(jù)表。最后將該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中,并進(jìn)行效果評估。
[Abstract]:Demand response (DR) is one of the main applications of smart grid, which adopts inductive mechanism to urge users to change the consumption mode of power. But at present, it can only be done by hand, and there is no unified automatic equipment. In this paper, we design a smart grid demand response information exchange interface, that is, the entity that communicates between processes of demand response application, to realize the automation of demand response. First of all, based on the investigation of market and customer demand, this paper analyzes the business demand of price type and incentive demand response, and extracts 8 use cases according to the relevant national policies and the management measures issued by the power grid company. Different functions can be accomplished through different combinations of use cases. Then, the smart grid demand response information exchange interface is designed, which includes the composition and deployment of the demand response information exchange system, the hierarchy structure of the demand response information exchange interface and the corresponding design. Requirement response information exchange interface service design. The smart grid is divided into four domains, each domain has a corresponding role to transmit information over different communication infrastructure. Interface hierarchy includes function layer, information layer and communication layer. In the design of service function, the four kinds of functions provided by the demand response information exchange interface are analyzed, and the corresponding primitives are given. Finally, a demand response information exchange system is developed from two aspects: system design and database design. The design of the system adopts three-tier architecture mode. The Dr server Dr aggregation system and Dr client are designed. According to the characteristics of power grid, Oracle database is selected in database design, and the data table is given according to the partition of function module. Finally, the system is applied to the actual project and the effect is evaluated.
