大功率可調(diào)光LED驅(qū)動設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著日益緊張的能源危機的來臨,傳統(tǒng)石化能源的枯竭,可持續(xù)發(fā)展和綠色環(huán)保的發(fā)展方式受到越來越多的關(guān)注。在這樣的背景下,LED以其所具有的高光效、低功耗、壽命長等優(yōu)點的“綠色照明”飛速發(fā)展,并成為既白熾燈、鈉燈和熒光燈之后的第四代照明系統(tǒng)。同時隨著半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)的發(fā)展,大功率LED已廣泛用于在各類照明場所,LED的調(diào)光控制技術(shù)隨之也在迅速發(fā)展。因此,設(shè)計出高效率、高性能的LED驅(qū)動對LED產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。本文就LED照明的發(fā)展背景和課題的研究意義做了詳細的分析,同時對LED驅(qū)動電源中設(shè)計的技術(shù)做了深入的理論分析,包括驅(qū)動器的常見拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)以及影響LED驅(qū)動電路的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、整流電路、抗電磁干擾技術(shù)、鉗位保護電路以及光耦反饋電路、功率校準(zhǔn)技術(shù)、降壓恒流源技術(shù)以及LED調(diào)光技術(shù)。根據(jù)這些理論基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計了一款基于UC3844、HV9910芯片的可進行PWM調(diào)光的50W LED恒流驅(qū)動電路。其中驅(qū)動電源的功率因素校準(zhǔn)功能通過單級反激式PFC電路來實現(xiàn),進而實現(xiàn)了LED恒流源的電流輸出,并且通過PIC單片機對LED的調(diào)光功能進行控制,并對其中涉及的問題提出了合理而有效的解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the increasingly tense energy crisis, more and more attention has been paid to the depletion of traditional fossil energy, sustainable development and the development of green environmental protection. Under this background, LED has developed rapidly with its advantages of high light efficiency, low power consumption, long life and so on, and has become the fourth generation lighting system after incandescent lamp, sodium lamp and fluorescent lamp. At the same time, with the development of semiconductor technology, the dimming control technology of high-power LED has been widely used in various lighting places. Therefore, the design of high-efficiency, high-performance LED driver is of great significance to the development of LED industry. In this paper, the development background and research significance of LED lighting are analyzed in detail. At the same time, the design technology of LED driving power supply is analyzed in detail. Including the common topology of the driver and the main technical parameters affecting the LED drive circuit, rectifier circuit, anti-electromagnetic interference technology, clamp protection circuit and optocoupler feedback circuit, power calibration technology, Depressurized and constant-current source technology and LED dimming technology. On the basis of these theories, a 50W LED constant current drive circuit based on UC3844NV HV9910 chip is designed for PWM dimming. The power factor calibration function of driving power supply is realized by single-stage flyback PFC circuit, and the current output of LED constant-current source is realized, and the dimming function of LED is controlled by PIC singlechip. A reasonable and effective solution to the problems involved is put forward.
