農(nóng)用智能交流穩(wěn)壓器的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)電網(wǎng)電壓波動(dòng)造成電壓不穩(wěn)、邊遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)長(zhǎng)期電壓不足、一些高精密儀器設(shè)備需要高穩(wěn)定的電源等問(wèn)題,以及目前交流穩(wěn)壓電源體積大,或電路控制復(fù)雜的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種低功耗智能交流穩(wěn)壓電源。系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件均采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)采用補(bǔ)償型穩(wěn)壓方式,由補(bǔ)償變壓器、雙向調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理系統(tǒng)、保護(hù)電路、人機(jī)接口電路等構(gòu)成。系統(tǒng)采用串級(jí)調(diào)壓并給出了斬控電路輸出濾波器參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法。根據(jù)穩(wěn)壓電源精度要求,給出了一種高精度電壓、電流過(guò)零及極性檢測(cè)電路?刂齐娐分兴秒娫淳鶠殚_(kāi)關(guān)電源。系統(tǒng)核心采用帶8通道10位AD輸入和PWM輸出的STC12C5A32AD單片機(jī),使系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和控制方式簡(jiǎn)單;電壓閉環(huán)采用直流電壓采樣反饋技術(shù),工頻電壓經(jīng)過(guò)全波整流,變?yōu)檎野氩ㄖ绷麟妷?分壓電阻分壓后,直接輸入單片機(jī)AD口采樣,求取電壓有效值,采樣頻率達(dá)12.8 kHz,采樣及控制精度高;4kHzPWM斬波頻率,濾波電容和電感容量小,且諧波含量小。系統(tǒng)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)基于Keil uVISION4集成開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),采用C51語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)。整個(gè)程序有:主程序、顯示子程序、按鍵重點(diǎn)子程序、數(shù)據(jù)采集與數(shù)據(jù)處理子程序、控制算法子程序、輸出控制子程序、故障報(bào)警子程序等。主程序主要完成初始化、調(diào)用各模塊程序。樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該裝置電壓輸出精度高,體積及重量較一般產(chǎn)品減小,具有較大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the voltage instability caused by the voltage fluctuation of the power network, the long-term voltage shortage in the remote areas, the need of high stable power supply for some high-precision instruments and the shortcomings of the large volume of the current AC voltage stabilized power supply or the complex circuit control, A low power intelligent AC power supply is designed. The hardware and software of the system are designed by modularization, and the hardware of the system is designed by compensating voltage stabilizer, which is composed of compensation transformer, bidirectional regulation system, data acquisition and processing system, protection circuit, man-machine interface circuit and so on. The system adopts cascade voltage regulation and gives the calculation method of the output filter parameters of the chopper circuit. According to the precision requirement of voltage stabilizer, a high precision voltage, current zero crossing and polarity detection circuit is presented. The power supply used in the control circuit is switching power supply. The core of the system is a STC12C5A32AD single-chip microcomputer with 8-channel 10-bit AD input and PWM output, which makes the system structure and control mode simple, the voltage closed-loop adopts DC voltage sampling feedback technology, the power frequency voltage is rectified by full wave, and the power frequency voltage becomes sinusoidal half-wave DC voltage. After the partial voltage resistance is divided, the chip microcomputer AD port is directly input to sample, the sampling frequency is up to 12.8 kHz, the sampling and control accuracy is high and the frequency of 4kHz PWM chopping, the capacity of filter capacitance and inductance is small, and the harmonic content is small. System software development based on Keil uVISION4 integrated development environment for the development platform, using C 51 language programming. The whole program includes: main program, display subroutine, key subroutine, data acquisition and data processing subroutine, control algorithm subroutine, output control subroutine, fault alarm subroutine and so on. The main program mainly completes initialization, calls each module program. The experimental results of the prototype show that the voltage output precision of the device is high, the volume and weight of the device are smaller than that of the common product, and it has great practical value.
