【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)電力體制改革的不斷深化、電力市場(chǎng)的日益開放,供電企業(yè)必須以優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),安全可靠的供電來吸引電力用戶。 本文在對(duì)臺(tái)州電業(yè)局輸變電設(shè)備檢修模式分析基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出臺(tái)州電業(yè)局關(guān)于輸變電設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和對(duì)實(shí)際輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)綜合分析和評(píng)估,得出臺(tái)州電業(yè)局目前輸變電設(shè)備檢修管理上所存在的部分問題,從而得到臺(tái)州電業(yè)局在輸變電設(shè)備檢修管理上需全面展開狀態(tài)檢修工作。通過電力設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修的轉(zhuǎn)變,可以克服臺(tái)州電業(yè)局目前存在的大部分問題,降低設(shè)備管理的成本,減少檢修人員的工作量,使得檢修工作可以很方便的開展。接著本文對(duì)臺(tái)州電業(yè)局狀態(tài)檢修進(jìn)行必要性和可行性的論證,并給出了相應(yīng)的實(shí)施步驟,在輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)估時(shí),采用定量的方法,在評(píng)估結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上給出了設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修的策略和狀態(tài)檢修制度建設(shè)方面的建議。 最后,從臺(tái)州電業(yè)局輸變電設(shè)備現(xiàn)有狀態(tài)檢修方式,從成立以狀態(tài)檢修評(píng)估體系、完善建立統(tǒng)一的信息化檢修管理平臺(tái)和積極引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)提出一些相關(guān)的實(shí)施建議,為其余地市局開展?fàn)顟B(tài)檢修工作提供相應(yīng)的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the power system in China and the increasing opening of the electricity market, the power supply enterprises must attract the power users with high quality service and a safe and reliable power supply.
On the basis of the analysis of the maintenance mode of transmission and transformation equipment in Taizhou Electric Power Bureau, this paper sums up the operation state of the power transmission and transformation equipment in Taizhou Power Bureau and the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the state of the actual transmission and transformation equipment, and obtains some problems in the maintenance and maintenance management of the current transmission and transformation equipment of the Taizhou Electric Power Bureau, thus getting the Taizhou Electricity Bureau in the Bureau. In the maintenance management of transmission and transformation equipment, the state maintenance work needs to be carried out in an all-round way. Through the change of state maintenance of power equipment, most of the problems existing in the Taizhou Power Bureau can be overcome, the cost of equipment management is reduced, the workload of the maintenance personnel is reduced, and the maintenance work can be easily carried out. Then the article of this paper is on the Taizhou Power Bureau. The necessity and feasibility of state maintenance are demonstrated, and the corresponding implementation steps are given. In the evaluation of the state of transmission and transformation equipment, the quantitative method is adopted. On the basis of the evaluation results, the strategy of equipment condition maintenance and the construction of state maintenance system are given.
Finally, from the existing state maintenance mode of power transmission and transformation equipment in Taizhou Electric Power Bureau, some relevant suggestions are put forward from the establishment of a state based maintenance assessment system, the establishment of a unified information maintenance management platform and the active introduction of advanced online monitoring technology, which provide the corresponding reference for the rest of the Municipal Bureau.
