大型汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組振動(dòng)故障診斷系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的故障診斷是實(shí)現(xiàn)狀態(tài)維修工作的重要一環(huán),故障診斷得出的狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)信息對(duì)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用。近年來(lái),我國(guó)電網(wǎng)和機(jī)組結(jié)構(gòu)愈發(fā)復(fù)雜,汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組振動(dòng)故障時(shí)有發(fā)生,嚴(yán)重影響機(jī)組的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。本文研究和設(shè)計(jì)汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組振動(dòng)故障診斷系統(tǒng),及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)組的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),是機(jī)組安全、連續(xù)運(yùn)行的重要保證。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子熱彎曲、轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)靜碰磨、轉(zhuǎn)子裂紋和汽流激振這4種故障進(jìn)行了故障模式影響分析,給出了它們的知識(shí)總結(jié),這是建立故障知識(shí)庫(kù)、以便模擬專家思維方式對(duì)故障進(jìn)行推理診斷的重要一環(huán)。 (2)對(duì)振動(dòng)故障診斷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體構(gòu)架。研究了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理技術(shù);通過(guò)將UDP與FTP協(xié)議相結(jié)合,提出了一種新的振動(dòng)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸方法,克服了基于UDP協(xié)議進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)娜萘肯拗茊?wèn)題,使得與振動(dòng)有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)在傳輸過(guò)程中的安全性和可靠性增加;采用一種基于雙參數(shù)的不確定性規(guī)則表示方法進(jìn)行故障的模糊推理,為故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 (3)采用Delphi7與SQL Server2000完成整個(gè)振動(dòng)故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)工作。主要包括知識(shí)庫(kù)管理模塊、診斷推理模塊以及故障診斷結(jié)果管理模塊。介紹了各個(gè)模塊的組成和功能,同時(shí)給出了某些功能模塊的界面。以某機(jī)組碰磨故障為例,在開(kāi)發(fā)的系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行故障推理和診斷,結(jié)果表明本文開(kāi)發(fā)的振動(dòng)故障診斷系統(tǒng)可以較為科學(xué)的診斷出機(jī)組振動(dòng)故障,具有較為廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The fault diagnosis of turbogenerator is an important part of condition maintenance. The status evaluation information obtained from fault diagnosis plays an important role in the operation and maintenance of equipment. In recent years, the structure of power grid and unit in China has become more and more complex, and the vibration faults of turbogenerator have occurred frequently, which seriously affected the safety and economic operation of the unit. This paper studies and designs the vibration fault diagnosis system of turbine-generator set, which is an important guarantee for the safe and continuous operation of the turbine generator unit. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: In this paper, four kinds of faults, such as rotor thermal bending, rotor dynamic and static rubbing, rotor crack and steam flow excitation, are analyzed and their knowledge is summarized, which is the establishment of fault knowledge base. In order to simulate the expert thinking mode of reasoning fault diagnosis is an important part. 2) the overall frame of the vibration fault diagnosis system is presented. The data acquisition and processing technology of the system is studied, and a new method of vibration real time data transmission is proposed by combining UDP with FTP protocol, which overcomes the limitation of data transmission capacity based on UDP protocol. The safety and reliability of the vibration-related data in the transmission process are increased, and the fuzzy reasoning based on the uncertainty rule representation method based on two parameters is adopted, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the fault diagnosis expert system. Delphi7 and SQL Server2000 are used to complete the development of the whole vibration fault diagnosis system. It mainly includes knowledge base management module, diagnosis reasoning module and fault diagnosis result management module. The composition and function of each module are introduced, and the interface of some functional modules is given. The vibration fault diagnosis system developed in this paper can diagnose the vibration fault scientifically and have a broad application prospect.
