輸電塔線體系導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)過程中的振幅和張力

【摘要】:建立3條四分裂線路段塔線耦合體系有限元模型,利用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得到各檔各相導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)過程中的振動(dòng)幅值和張力變化,將數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)有理論簡(jiǎn)化公式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果表明:導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)過程中耐張檔的舞動(dòng)幅值明顯大于直線檔的舞動(dòng)幅值,并且認(rèn)為理論簡(jiǎn)化公式適用于耐張檔的舞動(dòng)幅值估算。以往所提出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式適用于直線檔的舞動(dòng)幅值估算,以及提出的簡(jiǎn)化公式可以用于估算導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)過程中動(dòng)張力的變化。此外,導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)過程中耐張塔的應(yīng)力遠(yuǎn)大于直線塔的應(yīng)力,特定風(fēng)速下導(dǎo)線和耐張塔上的最大應(yīng)力超過其許用應(yīng)力,可能造成斷線和桿塔破壞。
[Abstract]:The finite element model of the coupled system of tower and line in three four-splitting lines is established. The vibration amplitude and tension change during the galloping process of each phase wire are obtained by using the ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the galloping process of the conductor. The numerical simulation results are compared with those of the existing theoretical simplified formulas and empirical formulas. The results show that the galloping amplitude of tensioning is obviously larger than that of straight line during wire galloping, and it is considered that the simplified formula can be used to estimate the galloping amplitude of tensioning. The empirical formulas proposed in the past can be used to estimate the galloping amplitude of a straight line and the simplified formula can be used to estimate the variation of dynamic tension during wire galloping. In addition, the stress of the tension tower is much greater than that of the linear tower during the wire galloping, and the maximum stress of the wire and the tension tower exceeds its allowable stress under the specific wind speed, which may lead to the breakage and the failure of the tower.
