【摘要】：以舞臺(tái)調(diào)速吊桿高精度定位運(yùn)行為目標(biāo),針對(duì)吊桿運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的運(yùn)動(dòng)慣性和機(jī)械延時(shí)等影響定位精度的問(wèn)題,該文設(shè)計(jì)了應(yīng)用PLC、變頻器、增量式編碼器等組成異步電機(jī)傳動(dòng)的速度和位置雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),提出采用變頻調(diào)速的二分法算法實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)極變速運(yùn)動(dòng)及其準(zhǔn)確定位控制。工程實(shí)踐表明,該方法憑借雙閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)在獲得理想調(diào)速性能的同時(shí),又大幅度地提高了位置控制的定位精度。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the high precision positioning and running of the stage speed regulating boom, aiming at the problems of motion inertia and mechanical delay in the running process of the boom, this paper designs the application of PLC, frequency converter, etc. The speed and position double closed loop control system of asynchronous motor drive is composed of incremental encoder and so on. A dichotomy algorithm of variable frequency speed regulation is proposed to realize the motion of variable speed without electrode and its accurate positioning control. The engineering practice shows that the method not only achieves the ideal speed regulation performance, but also improves the positioning accuracy of the position control by virtue of the double closed loop system.
