去離子水浸沒冷卻聚光硅電池性能變化的機理探索

【摘要】:為探索去離子水和裸聚光硅電池間的相互作用機理及溫度對此相互作用的影響,設(shè)計了去離子水浸沒冷卻裸聚光硅電池實驗。實驗結(jié)果表明,隨著浸沒時間的推移,裸聚光硅電池的電特征變化很小,主要取決于電池的表面結(jié)構(gòu)和操作溫度;裸聚光硅電池實驗用去離子水的電導(dǎo)率在65℃下的變化比在常溫下的變化大;但其光譜透過率的變化不會影響電池的輸出。且后續(xù)的測試進一步表明去離子水不會破壞裸聚光硅電池,但電池減反射層和金屬柵線等由于存在缺陷在去離子水中會影響電池的性能。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the interaction mechanism between deionized water and bare focused silicon cell and the effect of temperature on the interaction, the experiment of deionized water immersion cooling bare focused silicon cell was designed. The experimental results show that the electrical characteristics of bare focused silicon cells vary little with the immersion time, which mainly depends on the surface structure and operating temperature of the cells. The electrical conductivity of deionized water used in the experiment of naked condensed silicon battery varies more at 65 鈩,
