【摘要】:同交流電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)不僅結(jié)構(gòu)不復(fù)雜而且運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、方便檢修;同直流電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,它的勵(lì)磁損耗小、運(yùn)行效率高且調(diào)速性能優(yōu)良。當(dāng)前對(duì)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究引起了大家的關(guān)注,在汽車、機(jī)器人、數(shù)控機(jī)床、儀器儀表、計(jì)算機(jī)外圍設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域都有無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的廣泛應(yīng)用。本文首先對(duì)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的基本工作原理進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,又分別介紹了系統(tǒng)組成部分的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)。然后細(xì)致推導(dǎo)了無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)數(shù)學(xué)模型、分析換相原理并比較各種PWM調(diào)制方式。利用MATLAB的Simulink環(huán)境下的SimPowerSystems模塊,搭建了一個(gè)新型的無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并對(duì)其控制方法做了仿真研究。該模型和實(shí)際系統(tǒng)是比較接近的。隨著對(duì)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能要求的不斷提高,常規(guī)的PID控制器已經(jīng)難以滿足要求;诳柭鼮V波和動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃的最優(yōu)狀態(tài)反饋控制能觀測(cè)和抑制各種模型干擾和量測(cè)噪聲(包括負(fù)載突變情況),通過(guò)自適應(yīng)算法可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)給定輸入的補(bǔ)償作用。本文針對(duì)存在不同干擾情況的無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有自適應(yīng)補(bǔ)償?shù)淖顑?yōu)狀態(tài)反饋控制方案。仿真結(jié)果顯示所設(shè)計(jì)方案下的系統(tǒng)調(diào)速性能非常好,還能夠很好的抑制了系統(tǒng)的各類擾動(dòng)。本文先進(jìn)的理論算法研究,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的應(yīng)用和研究具有重要的實(shí)際工程意義。
[Abstract]:Compared with the AC motor, the brushless DC motor is not only complex in structure but also stable in operation and convenient to repair. Compared with the DC motor, the brushless DC motor has small excitation loss, high running efficiency and excellent speed regulation performance. The brushless DC motor is widely used in the field of instrument, computer peripheral equipment and other fields. First, the basic working principle of Brushless DC motor is explained, and the development of the system component is introduced. Then the digital model of Brushless DC motor is deduced, the principle of commutation and the comparison of various PWM tones are analyzed. By using the SimPowerSystems module in the Simulink environment of MATLAB, a new type of Brushless DC motor speed control system simulation model is built, and its control method is simulated. The model is close to the actual system. With the continuous improvement of the performance requirements of the brushless DC motor speed control system, the conventional The PID controller has been difficult to meet the requirements. The optimal state feedback control based on Calman filtering and dynamic programming can observe and suppress various model interference and measurement noise (including load mutation), and the adaptive algorithm can compensate the given input by the adaptive algorithm. An optimal state feedback control scheme with adaptive compensation is designed for the speed control system. The simulation results show that the system's speed regulation performance is very good and can also restrain all kinds of disturbance of the system. The advanced theoretical algorithm research has been used to further promote the application and research of Brushless DC motor. Important practical engineering significance.
