以重現(xiàn)故障過(guò)程為目的的電網(wǎng)故障診斷

【摘要】:為了適應(yīng)電網(wǎng)故障在時(shí)間和空間維度的不確定性,在故障特征不明顯、信息錯(cuò)誤等復(fù)雜條件下為調(diào)度員完整地重現(xiàn)故障過(guò)程,提出了基于變長(zhǎng)度染色體遺傳算法的電網(wǎng)故障診斷方法。該方法通過(guò)故障信息之間的邏輯約束關(guān)系生成故障假說(shuō);針對(duì)信息漏報(bào)、誤報(bào)、時(shí)序畸變等復(fù)雜情況提出故障假說(shuō)修正策略;考慮保護(hù)裝置操作的相關(guān)性和電路聯(lián)系建立了計(jì)及保護(hù)動(dòng)作行為一致性的測(cè)度函數(shù);采用變長(zhǎng)度染色體遺傳算法求取最優(yōu)解,以滿足故障假說(shuō)中事件長(zhǎng)度動(dòng)態(tài)變化的要求。可以在故障信息不可信的條件下,有效診斷包含多重不確定因素的復(fù)雜電網(wǎng)故障。基于實(shí)際電網(wǎng)發(fā)生的故障案例驗(yàn)證了所提出方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the uncertainty of the time and space dimension of the power grid fault, the fault process is reproduced for the dispatcher in complex conditions such as the fault feature and information error, and a fault diagnosis method based on the variable length chromosome genetic algorithm is proposed. This method generates the fault through the logical constraint relation between the fault information. Hypothesis; the fault hypothesis correction strategy is proposed for information leakage, misinformation, time series distortion and so on. Considering the correlation and circuit connection of the protection device operation, the measure function of the consistency of protective action behavior is established, and the best solution is obtained by using the variable length chromosome genetic algorithm to satisfy the dynamic change of the event length in the fault hypothesis. In the condition of untrusted fault information, it can effectively diagnose the complex power grid fault which contains multiple uncertain factors. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified based on the fault case occurring in the actual power grid.
