多孔Ag@Ni泡沫金屬的制備及其在非水性鋰空氣電池上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:通過改進(jìn)的置換反應(yīng),以三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)泡沫鎳為基底,制備了新型多孔Ag/Ni復(fù)合泡沫金屬材料(Ag@Ni泡沫金屬)。X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和X射線能譜(EDS)表明,泡沫鎳基底上生成的金屬Ag顆粒呈枝晶狀且分布均勻。將其作為集流體首次應(yīng)用于鋰空氣一次電池正極,通過線性伏安掃描(LSV)、電化學(xué)阻抗(EIS)和充放電測試研究了電極的電化學(xué)性能,結(jié)果表明,這種Ag@Ni泡沫金屬作為鋰空氣一次電池的氧氣極集流體,明顯提高了還原反應(yīng)的催化活性,改善了電化學(xué)反應(yīng)性能,電流密度0.1 mA/cm2時(shí),放電電壓平臺從2.66升高到2.73 V,容量也由2000 mAh/g增大到2750 mAh/g,且大電流密度下改善更為明顯。
[Abstract]:A new porous Ag/Ni foamed metal material, Ag/Ni foamed metal, was prepared by modified displacement reaction. The results of SEM and EDS showed that the porous Ag/Ni composite metal foamed metal was prepared by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The Ag particles formed on the foamed nickel substrate are dendritic and uniformly distributed. The electrode was used as a collector for the first time in lithium-air primary battery. The electrochemical performance of the electrode was studied by linear voltammetry scanning, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and charge-discharge test. The Ag@Ni foam metal was used as the oxygen collector of the lithium air primary battery. The catalytic activity of the reduction reaction was obviously improved, and the electrochemical reaction performance was improved. When the current density was 0.1 mA/cm2, the catalytic activity of the reduction reaction was improved. The discharge voltage platform increased from 2.66 to 2.73 V and the capacity also increased from 2000 mAh/g to 2750 mg / g, and the improvement was more obvious at high current density.
