智能電網(wǎng)虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊檢測(cè)及防范研究

【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)將提供可靠、廉價(jià)、可持續(xù)的電力服務(wù),在應(yīng)對(duì)各種用電需要和突發(fā)情況下,其智能控制中心能夠做出一系列決策以保證智能電網(wǎng)的安全與穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。智能控制中心的核心組成部分EMS的子系統(tǒng)SCADA則根據(jù)智能電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)出命令,保證電網(wǎng)正常運(yùn)行。 虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊是近幾年來(lái)提出的針對(duì)SCADA系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)估計(jì)的新型攻擊方法,它能夠繞過(guò)系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)與防御,影響系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)估計(jì)的結(jié)果,使控制中心獲得錯(cuò)誤的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行信息繼而做出錯(cuò)誤的決策。虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊最初發(fā)現(xiàn)于線性直流系統(tǒng),目前已經(jīng)有存在于大型的、復(fù)雜的、交流的狀態(tài)估計(jì)系統(tǒng)的虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊方式。而當(dāng)前針對(duì)這種攻擊方式的研究還處于初步階段,因此在智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,分析系統(tǒng)存在的數(shù)據(jù)漏洞,研究相應(yīng)的檢測(cè)與防范方法,具有十分重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文針對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,具體工作包括: 1.研究了虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊的基本原理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊方式及對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行造成的影響,以及對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)其他模塊的攻擊方式及影響; 2.通過(guò)分析虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,以數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)方式為手段,依據(jù)系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)的運(yùn)行規(guī)律和歷史數(shù)據(jù),提出了基于系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)的狀態(tài)和檢測(cè)方法,并與傳統(tǒng)不良數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行了比較分析; 3.從防范的角度入手,通過(guò)分析進(jìn)行有效的虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊時(shí)需要的條件,提出了采用保護(hù)測(cè)量值安全的保護(hù)集方法來(lái)防范這種攻擊方式。當(dāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)變化時(shí),提出了更新與擴(kuò)展保護(hù)集的改進(jìn)方法,從而防范虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊,保障智能電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全; 4.分別在IEEE14-bus和118-bus標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)大量仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提出的虛假數(shù)據(jù)攻擊檢測(cè)與防范方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Smart grid will provide reliable, cheap and sustainable power services. In response to various power needs and emergencies, its intelligent control center can make a series of decisions to ensure the security and stability of the smart grid. The SCADA subsystem of EMS, the core component of the intelligent control center, sends out commands according to the operation state of the smart grid in real time to ensure the normal operation of the power grid. The false data attack is a new attack method for state estimation of SCADA system proposed in recent years. It can bypass the monitoring and defense of the system and affect the results of system state estimation. Causes the control center to obtain the wrong system operation information and then makes the wrong decision. False data attack was first found in linear DC system, but it has existed in large, complex, AC state estimation system. At present, the research on this attack mode is still in the initial stage. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the data vulnerabilities in the smart grid environment and to study the corresponding detection and prevention methods. In this paper, the problem of smart grid false data attack is studied, including: 1. The basic principle of false data attack is studied, and on this basis, the attack mode of false data and its impact on the operation of the system, as well as the attack mode and influence on other modules of power system are analyzed. 2. By analyzing the influence of false data attack on the system, by means of data detection, according to the running rule and historical data of system state, the state and detection method based on system state is put forward. And compared with the traditional bad data detection method. 3. From the point of view of prevention, by analyzing the conditions needed for effective false data attacks, this paper puts forward a protection set method to guard against this attack by using the protection set method to protect the measured values. When the network structure changes, an improved method of updating and extending the protection set is put forward to guard against the false data attack and to ensure the security of the smart grid network. 4. Experiments were carried out on IEEE14-bus and 118-bus standard test systems, and the effectiveness of the proposed methods for detecting and preventing false data attacks was verified by a large number of simulation results.
