黑龍江地區(qū)電動(dòng)汽車充換電站需求預(yù)測(cè)及規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與能源的矛盾日益凸顯,鑒于此,很多國(guó)家已經(jīng)將發(fā)展電動(dòng)汽車作為解決這一矛盾的重要措施。世界各地的不斷重視和研究使電動(dòng)汽車成為了新能源汽車發(fā)展的主要方向,電動(dòng)汽車將成為下世紀(jì)最有潛力的交通工具之一。電動(dòng)汽車充換電站是汽車能量補(bǔ)充的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,做好充換電站的規(guī)劃建設(shè)是推動(dòng)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)保障。因此,對(duì)黑龍江地區(qū)進(jìn)行電動(dòng)汽車充換電站的需求預(yù)測(cè)及規(guī)劃研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車充換電站在國(guó)內(nèi)外建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,并系統(tǒng)的分析了充換電站建設(shè)的可行性和必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文歸納了幾種電動(dòng)汽車充換電站需求負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)的方法,進(jìn)而在借助保有量法和彈性系數(shù)法預(yù)測(cè)電動(dòng)汽車保有量的基礎(chǔ)之上,得出電動(dòng)汽車充換電站的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并結(jié)合黑龍江地區(qū)某市的實(shí)際情況對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐某鋼Q電站的負(fù)荷進(jìn)行了需求預(yù)測(cè)。 在前述需求負(fù)荷分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,論文分別從發(fā)展規(guī)模、服務(wù)半徑需求、城市規(guī)劃、輸配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀、短期與長(zhǎng)期結(jié)合等角度對(duì)建設(shè)充換電站進(jìn)行了分析及規(guī)劃。在選址分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文提出了建設(shè)充換電站的算法設(shè)計(jì)并提供了相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型及約束條件,最后本文以黑龍江某市為例對(duì)充換電站建設(shè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析,為今后相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展提具有一定的借鑒意義。 希望通過本文對(duì)黑龍江地區(qū)電動(dòng)汽車保有量的合理預(yù)測(cè)及規(guī)劃分析,能夠?yàn)樵诤邶埥貐^(qū)建設(shè)電動(dòng)汽車充換電站提供準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè)方法,解決盲目建站的問題,合理配置社會(huì)資源。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the global economy, the contradiction between economic growth and energy is becoming increasingly prominent. In view of this, many countries have taken the development of electric vehicles as an important measure to solve this contradiction. With the constant attention and research all over the world, electric vehicles have become the main direction of the development of new energy vehicles, and electric vehicles will become one of the most potential vehicles in the next century. The electric vehicle recharge power station is the basic equipment of the automobile energy supplement, and the planning and construction of the filling and changing power station is the basic guarantee to promote the electric vehicle industry development. Therefore, it is of practical significance to forecast and plan the demand of electric vehicle replacement power station in Heilongjiang area. In this paper, the current situation of electric vehicle recharge power station construction at home and abroad is briefly introduced, and the feasibility and necessity of charging and replacing power station construction are analyzed systematically in this paper. On this basis, this paper summarizes several methods of forecasting the demand for electric vehicle charging and replacing power station, and then, on the basis of forecasting electric vehicle holding capacity by means of holding quantity method and elastic coefficient method, the mathematical model of electric vehicle charging and replacing power station is obtained. Combined with the actual situation of a city in Heilongjiang province, the demand of the local charging power station is forecasted. On the basis of the above demand load analysis, the paper analyzes and plans the construction of charging and switching power station from the aspects of development scale, service radius demand, urban planning, current situation of transmission and distribution network, combination of short-term and long-term, etc. On the basis of location analysis, this paper puts forward the algorithm design and provides the corresponding mathematical model and constraint conditions for the construction of charging and replacing power station. Finally, this paper takes a city in Heilongjiang as an example to analyze the construction of charging and changing power station. For the future development of relevant fields have a certain reference significance. It is hoped that this paper can provide an accurate prediction method for the construction of electric vehicle filling and replacement power station in Heilongjiang region, and solve the problem of blind construction of electric vehicle station through the reasonable prediction and planning analysis of the electric vehicle holding capacity in Heilongjiang area.
