碳含量對磷酸釩鋰電化學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:以LiOH·H2O、NH4VO3、NH4H2PO4和葡萄糖為原料,采用水熱法制備碳包覆的磷酸釩鋰化合物,利用XRD、SEM、TEM、恒流充放電測試、交流阻抗測試等手段,對產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行表征,研究了碳含量對材料電化學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在750℃焙燒的樣品為單一純相的單斜晶體結(jié)構(gòu),顆粒大小約1μm,分散性良好,且在顆粒表面包覆了一層無定形碳。在倍率0.1 C的電流密度下,在3.0~4.8 V電壓范圍內(nèi),碳含量為10.63%的樣品首次放電容量達(dá)到163.6 m Ah/g;循環(huán)50次后,放電容量仍為156.5 m Ah/g,容量保持率為95.7%。
[Abstract]:Carbon-coated lithium vanadium phosphate compounds were prepared by hydrothermal method from LiOH H _ 2O _ 3 NH _ 4VO3H _ 4H _ 2PO _ 4 and glucose. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the products were characterized by XRDX SEMMOTEM, constant current charge-discharge test, AC impedance measurement and so on.
