利用輔助槽削弱齒槽力的方法研究

【摘要】:針對圓筒型永磁直線電機(jī)存在齒槽力的問題,先得出了氣隙磁場強(qiáng)度的解析公式,再依據(jù)氣隙磁場強(qiáng)度的解析公式采用能量法推導(dǎo)出了齒槽力解析公式。對齒槽力解析公式進(jìn)行傅里葉分解,得到了開輔助槽對齒槽力的影響規(guī)律。研究表明,為了削弱齒槽力,當(dāng)N p(齒槽力周期數(shù))=1時(shí),開任意輔助槽數(shù)必須選擇與之相對應(yīng)的極弧系數(shù);當(dāng)N p≠1時(shí),開輔助槽數(shù)應(yīng)使得對齒槽力有影響的傅里葉分解系數(shù)變?yōu)榱�。通過樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,驗(yàn)證了選擇合理的輔助槽數(shù)能夠削弱齒槽力。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of slot force in cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor, the analytical formula of air gap magnetic field intensity is obtained first, and then the analytic formula of tooth slot force is derived by energy method.
