寶鋼電廠機(jī)組定期檢修的改進(jìn)方案與實(shí)施策略

【摘要】:發(fā)電機(jī)組檢修是確保發(fā)電設(shè)備狀態(tài)和可靠性的重要保障,是發(fā)電企業(yè)創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的基礎(chǔ)。傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)電設(shè)備檢修方法,主要是計(jì)劃?rùn)z修和事故檢修,但會(huì)存在過(guò)維修或欠維修等問(wèn)題,容易造成人力、物力、財(cái)力的浪費(fèi)。以設(shè)備狀態(tài)診斷監(jiān)測(cè)為基礎(chǔ)的狀態(tài)檢修方法具有較大的優(yōu)點(diǎn),但由于實(shí)際條件的限制,在發(fā)電機(jī)組上推行全面的狀態(tài)檢修不具有真正的實(shí)際意義。在經(jīng)過(guò)理論知識(shí)的研究和現(xiàn)狀分析后,針對(duì)寶鋼電廠機(jī)組定期檢修存在的問(wèn)題和難點(diǎn),本文提出了建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢修工作體系的設(shè)想,明確了所涉及到的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢修總體要求、檢修準(zhǔn)備、過(guò)程管理、評(píng)價(jià)和總結(jié)等方面要求,闡述了檢修文件包在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用,明確了在定期檢修基礎(chǔ)上推進(jìn)狀態(tài)檢修的具體方法和檢修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)動(dòng)態(tài)完善的實(shí)施要點(diǎn),對(duì)定期檢修的組織機(jī)構(gòu)和職能進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。同時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)檢修實(shí)施過(guò)程的研究,本文從檢修計(jì)劃確定、狀態(tài)項(xiàng)目編制、過(guò)程進(jìn)度控制、變更調(diào)整控制等方面明確了相應(yīng)的實(shí)施策略,還重點(diǎn)對(duì)機(jī)組定期檢修所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了全面分析,逐一制定了控制措施,并從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制角度優(yōu)化了相關(guān)管理流程。通過(guò)對(duì)寶鋼電廠機(jī)組定期檢修改進(jìn)方案和實(shí)施策略的研究,根據(jù)當(dāng)前實(shí)際狀況,有選擇地開(kāi)展部分主要設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢修,將之與機(jī)組定期檢修相結(jié)合,并提高機(jī)組定期檢修計(jì)劃的過(guò)程控制,是一個(gè)較為現(xiàn)實(shí)的解決手段。建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢修工作體系,靈活運(yùn)用檢修文件包,職責(zé)分明的組織機(jī)制,統(tǒng)一有效的過(guò)程控制與變更調(diào)整等策略的實(shí)施,是實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)組定期檢修改進(jìn)的可行手段。
[Abstract]:Generator maintenance is an important guarantee to ensure the status and reliability of generating equipment, and is the basis of generating enterprises to create economic benefits. The traditional methods of power generation equipment maintenance are mainly planned maintenance and accident maintenance, but there are some problems such as overmaintenance or undermaintenance, which can easily lead to waste of manpower, material resources and financial resources. Condition-based condition maintenance method based on equipment condition diagnosis and monitoring has great advantages, but due to the limitation of practical conditions, it is not of real practical significance to carry out comprehensive condition maintenance on generator sets. After the research of theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the present situation, aiming at the problems and difficulties existing in the periodic maintenance of units in Baosteel Power Plant, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing a standardized maintenance work system, and clarifies the general requirements of the standardization maintenance involved. The requirements of maintenance preparation, process management, evaluation and summarization are discussed. The actual application of maintenance document package in the field is expounded, and the specific method of advancing condition based maintenance on the basis of regular maintenance and the key points of dynamic improvement of maintenance standard are defined. The organization and function of regular maintenance are optimized and improved. At the same time, through the study of maintenance implementation process, this paper clarifies the corresponding implementation strategy from maintenance plan determination, status project preparation, process schedule control, change adjustment control and so on. The paper also analyzes the risk of unit maintenance and repair on a regular basis, formulates control measures one by one, and optimizes the related management flow from the point of view of field operation risk control. Through the research on the improvement scheme and implementation strategy of unit periodic maintenance in Baosteel Power Plant, according to the current actual situation, the condition maintenance of some main equipment is selectively carried out, which is combined with the regular maintenance of the unit. It is a practical solution to improve the process control of unit maintenance schedule. The establishment of standardized maintenance work system, the flexible use of overhaul files, the organization mechanism with distinct responsibilities, the implementation of unified and effective process control and change adjustment are the feasible means to realize the improvement of unit maintenance and repair on a regular basis.
