偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)小電網(wǎng)與主網(wǎng)解列后高頻高壓風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及抑制策略

【摘要】:隨著無電地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的建設(shè),大量具有小機(jī)組、輕負(fù)荷特性的偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)小電網(wǎng)逐漸通過極長(zhǎng)的聯(lián)絡(luò)線路與主網(wǎng)相連。一旦由于故障等因素,這些小電網(wǎng)與主網(wǎng)解列而轉(zhuǎn)為孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行時(shí),小電網(wǎng)中過剩的有功功率以及充電無功極有可能導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的高頻高壓風(fēng)險(xiǎn),造成設(shè)備以及負(fù)荷的損毀。首先,結(jié)合四川某藏區(qū)電網(wǎng),對(duì)小電網(wǎng)與主網(wǎng)解列后的高頻高壓現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究,分析了高頻高壓現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的機(jī)理。其次,探討了電網(wǎng)內(nèi)發(fā)電機(jī)調(diào)速、勵(lì)磁裝置的控制方式以及負(fù)荷特性對(duì)高頻高壓風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響。最后,在分析傳統(tǒng)抑制策略所存在不足的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于高周解列的偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)與主網(wǎng)解列后高頻高壓風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的抑制策略。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the construction of power free area power grid, a large number of small power grids with small units and light load characteristics are gradually connected to the main network through extremely long contact lines. Once these small power grids are decomposed from the main network into isolated networks due to the failure and other factors, the excess active power and charging reactive power in the small power grids may lead to serious high frequency and high voltage risks, resulting in equipment and load damage. Firstly, the phenomenon of high frequency and high voltage in small power grid and main network is studied, and the mechanism of high frequency and high voltage phenomenon is analyzed. Secondly, the influence of generator speed regulation, excitation device control mode and load characteristics on high frequency and high voltage risk is discussed. Finally, based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional suppression strategy, a high frequency and high voltage risk suppression strategy based on the high cycle sequence is proposed for the remote area power network and the main network. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy.
