【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)是現(xiàn)代科技、先進理念與傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)的完美統(tǒng)一,對解決能源、生態(tài)、氣候等全球性問題具有重要作用,是實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路,配網(wǎng)自動化作為智能電網(wǎng)的重要組成部分,具有非常重要的作用。配網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的建設必然帶來配網(wǎng)管理水平的提高,同時帶來靈活的需求側管理和用戶驅動的增值服務市場,也為將來電力系統(tǒng)的調度、運行、維護、管理以及經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展打下堅實的基礎。配網(wǎng)自動化在提高用戶供電的可靠性,提高供電質量,,降低線損,提高供電部門勞動生產(chǎn)率,提高能效等方面具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。 本文首先介紹了配電自動化所包括內容以及國、內外配電自動化的發(fā)展過程和現(xiàn)狀,其次詳細介紹了典型配電網(wǎng)自動化的模式和實現(xiàn)饋線自動化的技術方案,結合任丘市配電網(wǎng)中網(wǎng)架結構、電源分布、設備工作年限等實際因素分析了配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)建設存在的問題并給出了改造方案,闡明了實施配電網(wǎng)自動化建設的重要性。接著詳細分析了配電自動化系統(tǒng)中饋線自動化、通信系統(tǒng)及主站系統(tǒng)的設計方案并較全面的介紹了各部分的作用。在此基礎上,結合任丘市配電網(wǎng)的結構特點與實際情況,確定所采用的配電自動化系統(tǒng)模式,饋線自動化方案、通信方案以及SCADA功能,并且介紹了配電網(wǎng)自動化所實現(xiàn)的故障檢測、故障定位、故障隔離、故障恢復等功能。該配電自動化系統(tǒng)方案的實施,可以提高該市的供電質量和可靠性,提高了電力系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益和技術效益。
[Abstract]:The smart grid is the perfect unity of modern science and technology, the advanced idea and the traditional power grid, it plays an important role in solving the global problems such as energy, ecology and climate. It is the only way to realize the sustainable development of the economy and society. The distribution automation, as an important part of the smart grid, has a very important role. The construction of the distribution network automation system is very important. It will inevitably bring about the improvement of distribution network management level, and bring flexible demand side management and user driven value-added service market. It also lays a solid foundation for future power system scheduling, operation, maintenance, management and economic development. Distribution automation improves the reliability of power supply, improves power supply quality and reduces line loss. The high power supply department has good economic and social benefits in terms of labor productivity and energy efficiency.
This paper first introduces the contents of distribution automation and the development process and present situation of the automation of domestic and foreign distribution. Secondly, the model of typical distribution network automation and the technical scheme to realize feeder automation are introduced in detail, and the actual factors such as network frame structure, power distribution and working life of equipment in Renqiu distribution network are analyzed. The problems existing in the construction of power grid automation system and the reform scheme are given. The importance of the construction of distribution automation is clarified. Then the design of feeder automation, communication system and main station system in the distribution automation system is analyzed in detail, and the functions of each part are introduced in a more comprehensive way. On this basis, it is combined with the Renqiu city. The structure characteristics and actual situation of the power grid, determine the distribution automation system mode, feeder automation scheme, communication scheme and SCADA function, and introduce the functions of fault detection, fault location, fault isolation, fault recovery and so on. The implementation of the distribution automation system scheme can improve the city. The quality and reliability of the power supply have improved the economic, social and technological benefits of the power system.
