【摘要】：企業(yè)資源計劃是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的先進(jìn)方法,它以業(yè)務(wù)信息化為基礎(chǔ)實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)人、財、物的有效管控。ERP系統(tǒng)的財務(wù)模塊作為ERP系統(tǒng)的核心,與一般的獨立財務(wù)軟件不同,ERP財務(wù)系統(tǒng)與其他系統(tǒng)高度集成,從而能夠與業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)資源的集約化管理；同時也可以降低財務(wù)差錯,提高業(yè)務(wù)效率。 目前在國內(nèi)應(yīng)用較廣的ERP系統(tǒng)為SAP ERP和ORACLE ERP。兩個系統(tǒng)的財務(wù)模塊擁有相同的工作原理,但實現(xiàn)上存在差異,系統(tǒng)的切換需要作認(rèn)真的分析與研究。本課題是針對ORACLE EBS系統(tǒng)切換為SAP ERP系統(tǒng)所作的技術(shù)研究和系統(tǒng)分析。其目的是在企業(yè)切換ERP系統(tǒng)的過程中,財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)不中斷,并減少系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的重復(fù)錄入。 冀北電力有限公司在2006年已經(jīng)上線了Oracle EBS為ERP管理系統(tǒng),按照國家電網(wǎng)公司要求冀北電力有限公司預(yù)計在2014年將Oracle EBS切換為SAPERP管理系統(tǒng)。Oracle ERP與SAP ERP均為世界上最先進(jìn)的ERP軟件,冀北電力有限公司ERP系統(tǒng)的切換對中國電力企業(yè)實施ERP管理系統(tǒng)有著實用價值。 本篇文章主要分為四個部分：首先介紹了ERP研究的背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；第二部分介紹了ORACLE和SAP財務(wù)管理理論,回顧ERP的發(fā)展歷程,分析ORACLE ERP的特點；第三部分介紹ORACLE財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的各個模塊和與之集成的其他系統(tǒng)模塊；最后介紹冀北電力有限公司的ERP財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an advanced method of modern enterprise management. The financial module of ERP system is the core of ERP system. Different from the general independent financial software, ERP financial system is highly integrated with other systems, which can realize the intensive management of enterprise resources, reduce financial errors and improve business efficiency. At present, the widely used ERP systems in China are SAP ERP and ORACLE ERP. The financial modules of the two systems have the same working principle, but there are differences in the implementation, so the system switching needs to be analyzed and studied carefully. This paper is aimed at the technical research and system analysis of ORACLE EBS system switching to SAP ERP system. The aim is to reduce the repeated input of system data in the process of enterprise switching ERP system without interruption of financial business. Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. has already launched Oracle EBS as ERP management system in 2006. According to the request of State Grid Company, Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. expects to switch Oracle EBS to SAPERP management system. Oracle ERP and SAP ERP are the most advanced ERP software in the world in 2014. The switching of ERP system in Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd. has practical value for Chinese electric power enterprises to implement ERP management system. This article is mainly divided into four parts: firstly, it introduces the background, significance and current research situation of ERP research; the second part introduces the theory of ORACLE and SAP financial management, reviews the development course of ERP, and analyzes the characteristics of ORACLE ERP. The third part introduces the various modules of the ORACLE financial management system and other system modules integrated with it, and finally introduces the related applications of the ERP financial management system of Hebei North Electric Power Co., Ltd.
