溴素改性活性炭汞吸附特性研究

【摘要】:在固定床實驗臺上進行了1%NH_4Br改性活性炭汞吸附實驗。利用吸附動力學(xué)模型從動力學(xué)角度探討了汞吸附速率控制步,汞吸附活化能與初始汞吸附速率。結(jié)果表明:150℃時,1%NH_4Br改性活性炭脫汞能力顯著增強,其原因是改性后活性炭表面活性位點(Br)明顯增加,強化了化學(xué)吸附作用。但低溫時,化學(xué)吸附增強作用不明顯。汞在改性活性炭表面的吸附活化能為29.69 kJ/mol,說明吸附以物理吸附為主,化學(xué)吸附為輔。改性活性炭的初始汞吸附速率隨溫度增加而增加;钚晕晃绞枪剿俾士刂撇,外部傳質(zhì)控制也影響整個汞吸附過程,吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等溫方程。
[Abstract]:The mercury adsorption experiment of 1%NH_4Br modified activated carbon was carried out on a fixed bed test bench. Based on the adsorption kinetics model, the control steps of mercury adsorption rate, the activation energy of mercury adsorption and the initial adsorption rate of mercury were discussed from the point of view of kinetics. The results showed that the decarbonization ability of activated carbon modified by NH _ 4BR was significantly enhanced at 150 鈩,
