基于紅外傳感的GIS隔離開(kāi)關(guān)觸頭溫度在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)觸頭溫度的在線監(jiān)測(cè),針對(duì)GIS設(shè)備隔離開(kāi)關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),提出了一種基于紅外(IR)傳感的適用于GIS設(shè)備觸頭溫度在線監(jiān)測(cè)的方法。因?yàn)榻饘賹?dǎo)體表面發(fā)射率低,所以在金屬導(dǎo)體觸頭表面涂敷高輻射涂料。針對(duì)SF6氣體吸收紅外光的影響,提出通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)紅外溫度傳感器的發(fā)射率來(lái)補(bǔ)償SF6氣體的吸收效應(yīng)。建立了GIS試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),研究了SF6氣體體積分?jǐn)?shù)、紅外濾光片和環(huán)境溫度對(duì)紅外測(cè)溫的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,SF6氣體體積分?jǐn)?shù)的升高會(huì)導(dǎo)致紅外溫度傳感器讀數(shù)的下降,需要調(diào)低傳感器的發(fā)射率進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償。最后根據(jù)所提方法設(shè)計(jì)了GIS設(shè)備觸頭溫度在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the on-line monitoring of the contact temperature, according to the structural characteristics of the disconnector of GIS equipment, a method of on-line monitoring the contact temperature of GIS equipment based on IR sensor is proposed. Because the surface emissivity of the metal conductor is low, the surface of the metal conductor contact is coated with high radiation coating. Aiming at the effect of infrared light absorption by SF6 gas, it is proposed to compensate the absorption effect of SF6 gas by adjusting the emissivity of infrared temperature sensor. The effects of volume fraction of SF6 gas, infrared filter and ambient temperature on infrared temperature measurement were studied by using GIS test platform. The experimental results show that the increase of volume fraction of SF6 gas will lead to the decrease of infrared temperature sensor reading, which needs to be compensated by lowering the emissivity of the sensor. Finally, an online monitoring system for contact temperature of GIS equipment is designed according to the proposed method.
