MW級風電機組變槳系統(tǒng)動力學及結構仿真分析

【摘要】:變槳系統(tǒng)是水平軸風力發(fā)電機組的重要組成部分,主要功能是通過調節(jié)槳距角進行功率調節(jié)。為了研究風力發(fā)電機組變槳系統(tǒng)的工作性能和安全性能,論文運用多體動力學方法對風力發(fā)電機變槳時的動態(tài)特性進行了仿真分析,同時對變槳系統(tǒng)進行了結構有限元分析和疲勞分析。論文的研究方法為風力發(fā)電機組變槳系統(tǒng)的設計與校核提供了依據,具有一定的工程實用價值。 論文的主要研究內容如下: ①研究了風力發(fā)電機組在變槳時的氣動理論,闡述了MW級風力發(fā)電機組變槳系統(tǒng)基本結構與作用。 ②依據德國勞埃德船級社(GL)認證規(guī)范繪制風力發(fā)電機整機及變槳系統(tǒng)的拓撲圖,根據拓撲圖在SIMPACK中建立了變槳系統(tǒng)及整機動力學模型;建立自動變槳控制模型;依據IEC規(guī)定建立了變槳仿真時的風模型;建立了整機在變槳工況下的氣-彈-控聯(lián)合仿真模型,進行了時域分析。時域分析中分析了變槳過程中的槳距角變化、功率曲線變化和葉根處力和力矩的變化曲線。 ③依據風力發(fā)電機組變槳系統(tǒng)的受力特點,提出了用僅受壓的三維桿單元link10模擬變槳軸承滾子的方法,建立了變槳系統(tǒng)的有限元模型并分析計算,得到了在單向載荷和變槳載荷下變槳機構的應力云圖,以及變槳軸承的接觸應力分布。 ④建立變槳軸承疲勞分析模型,應用有限元方法計算變槳軸承疲勞應力,運用雨流計數(shù)法處理得到疲勞載荷譜,進行材料的S-N曲線修正,,根據疲勞累積損傷理論,計算出變槳軸承在設計工作年限的疲勞損傷。
[Abstract]:The variable propeller system is an important part of the horizontal axis wind turbine, and its main function is to adjust the power by adjusting the pitch angle. In order to study the working performance and safety performance of wind turbine variable propeller system, the dynamic characteristics of wind turbine variable propeller system are simulated and analyzed by multi body dynamics method in this paper. At the same time, the finite element analysis and fatigue analysis of the variable propeller system are carried out. The research method of the paper provides the basis for the design and checking of the wind turbine variable propeller system, and has certain engineering practical value. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. The aerodynamic theory of wind turbine with variable propeller is studied, and the basic structure and function of variable propeller system of MW class wind turbine are expounded. (2) drawing the topology diagram of wind turbine and variable propeller system according to the German Lloyd's Classification Society (GLL) certification specification, establishing the dynamic model of the variable propeller system and the whole machine in SIMPACK, setting up the control model of the automatic variable propeller, and drawing the topology diagram of the wind turbine generator and the variable propeller system. According to the IEC rules, the wind model of the variable propeller simulation is established, and the air-elastic-control joint simulation model under the variable propeller condition is established, and the time-domain analysis is carried out. In the time domain analysis, the variation of pitch angle, power curve and the force and torque at the blade root are analyzed. According to the mechanical characteristics of variable propeller system of wind turbine, a method of simulating variable propeller bearing roller with link10, which is only subjected to compression, is put forward, and the finite element model of variable propeller system is established and analyzed and calculated. The stress cloud diagram of the propeller mechanism under unidirectional load and variable propeller load and the contact stress distribution of the variable propeller bearing are obtained. (4) the fatigue analysis model of variable propeller bearing is established, the fatigue stress of variable propeller bearing is calculated by finite element method, the fatigue load spectrum is obtained by using rain flow counting method, the S-N curve of material is corrected, and the fatigue cumulative damage theory is used. The fatigue damage of the variable propeller bearing in the design working life is calculated.
