【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展和各種高新技術(shù)的不斷應(yīng)用,對(duì)電能質(zhì)量和供電可靠性有了更新和更高的要求,為滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的社會(huì)需求,提高供電能力改善電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與可靠性,提高綜合自動(dòng)化程度是電力企業(yè)的首要目標(biāo)。國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)要求和制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還不夠完善,合理組態(tài)一套理想的自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)是未來發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究:1.文章首先對(duì)自動(dòng)化綜合系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)概述,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)研究趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,最后介紹了課題的來源與背景。課題研究對(duì)象來自500kV沙坪變電站自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造項(xiàng)目,要求變電站綜合自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行高效、實(shí)時(shí)、可靠,對(duì)變電站內(nèi)設(shè)備進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的監(jiān)測(cè)、管理。同時(shí),又必須與電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)、有效的信息交換、共享,提高電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定水平。2.給出了變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案。包括系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的分類,對(duì)變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,最后給出了系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)圖。結(jié)合500kV沙坪變電站系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,變電站綜合自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)按照分層分布式進(jìn)行建設(shè)共分為三個(gè)層次的建設(shè)內(nèi)容。3.系統(tǒng)硬件是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)搭建的基礎(chǔ)與前提,應(yīng)首先滿足可靠、開放、穩(wěn)定及實(shí)用的原則,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)變電站系統(tǒng)的高精度遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和實(shí)時(shí)遙測(cè)、遙信量的采集,實(shí)現(xiàn)功能執(zhí)行的一體化。整個(gè)硬件系統(tǒng)的主要包括測(cè)控裝置、電力數(shù)據(jù)遙測(cè)單元、計(jì)算機(jī)及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸設(shè)備、人機(jī)交互設(shè)備、GPS對(duì)時(shí)系統(tǒng)、其他外部設(shè)備等。4.沙坪500kV變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)大型的軟件系統(tǒng),它是多項(xiàng)軟件技術(shù)的融合,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)以下7種關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究:多線程數(shù)據(jù)采集、CAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、多通道數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布系統(tǒng)、高性能多層數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、智能化電氣模擬圖展示平臺(tái)、系統(tǒng)安全體系及后臺(tái)監(jiān)控、對(duì)外信息交換與共享平臺(tái)。5.最后對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工程應(yīng)用給出了具體的實(shí)物圖,包括主界面的顯示,數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備,用戶管理界面等。研制的變電站綜合自動(dòng)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在500kV沙坪變電站使用,運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、設(shè)備狀況良好、設(shè)計(jì)合理,提高了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化水平。本文通過對(duì)沙坪500kV變電站的綜白監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全過程的設(shè)計(jì),解析了變電站綜合自動(dòng)化的功能需求,并且探討了其發(fā)展過程和方向,調(diào)研了產(chǎn)品、市場(chǎng)的前提下,本套綜自系統(tǒng)將基于總線型的分層分布式結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行合理化選型及組態(tài),按照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際改良了部分產(chǎn)品的部分功能,完成了該變電站綜自系統(tǒng)的改造并最終實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economic construction and the continuous application of various high and new technologies, the power quality and the reliability of power supply have been updated and higher requirements, in order to meet the increasing social needs, It is the primary goal of electric power enterprises to improve the power supply capacity, improve the structure and reliability of power network, and improve the degree of comprehensive automation. The detailed requirements and manufacturing standards of substation integrated automation system in China are not perfect. It is an important trend of future development to configure a set of ideal automation system reasonably. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects: 1. This paper first summarizes the automation integrated system, analyzes the research trend of substation integrated automation system at home and abroad, and finally introduces the source and background of the subject. The research object comes from the transformation project of automatic monitoring system in 500kV Shaping substation, which requires the substation integrated automation monitoring system to run efficiently, real-time and reliably, and to monitor and manage the equipment in the substation. At the same time, it is necessary to exchange and share information in real time and effectively with the power grid system to improve the security and stability level of power grid. The overall design scheme of substation integrated automation system is presented. It includes the classification of the system architecture, the requirement analysis of the substation integrated automation system, and the overall structure diagram of the system. Combined with the actual situation of 500kV Shaping substation system, the substation integrated automation monitoring system is divided into three levels according to the hierarchical and distributed construction. The hardware of the system is the foundation and premise of the whole system, which should satisfy the principles of reliability, openness, stability and practicality, so as to realize the high precision remote monitoring, real-time telemetry and remote signal acquisition of substation system. Realize the integration of function execution. The whole hardware system mainly includes the measurement and control device, the electric power data telemetry unit, the computer and its network transmission equipment, the man-machine interactive equipment / GPS timing system, other external equipments and so on. The integrated automation system of Shaping 500kV substation is a large software system, which is the fusion of many software technologies. The following seven key technologies are studied in the whole system: multithread data acquisition and can network communication, Multi-channel data release system, high performance multi-layer database, intelligent electrical analog diagram display platform, system security system and background monitoring, external information exchange and sharing platform .5. Finally, the paper gives the concrete physical drawing of the whole system, including the display of the main interface, the data acquisition equipment, the user management interface and so on. The developed substation integrated automation monitoring system has been used in 500kV Shaping substation. The operation results show that the system is stable, the equipment is in good condition, the design is reasonable, and the automation level of the whole system is improved. In this paper, through the whole process design of the comprehensive white monitoring system in Shaping 500kV substation, the functional requirements of substation integrated automation are analyzed, and its development process and direction are discussed, and the premise of product and market is investigated. In this system, the hierarchical and distributed structure based on bus is constructed, the equipment is rationally selected and configured, and some functions of some products are improved according to the actual situation in the field. The transformation of the substation self-contained system has been completed and finally implemented.
