智能家電控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的成熟、智能手機的普及,以及人們生活水平的提高,智能家電行業(yè)迎來了發(fā)展的春天。智能家電控制系統(tǒng)是多種學(xué)科的融合,包括電子技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)等。本文開展了基于Android的智能家電控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。設(shè)計了智能家電控制系統(tǒng)的總體框架,并對其中的家庭網(wǎng)關(guān)、節(jié)點功能模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)間通信進行了深入研究。 家庭網(wǎng)關(guān)是智能家電控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換中心,主要負責管理家庭無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之間的通信。家庭網(wǎng)關(guān)將無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)采集的信息數(shù)據(jù)通過WIFI傳送到網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)器上供房主查看,但是緊急事件信息的通知則是通過GPRS完成。本文設(shè)計的家庭網(wǎng)關(guān)的控制部分采用是ARM+Android方案,外圍主要集成WIFI模塊和GPRS模塊。本文制作了家庭網(wǎng)關(guān)的硬件實物,移植了操作系統(tǒng),并開發(fā)了外圍模塊的驅(qū)動程序及應(yīng)用程序。 節(jié)點模塊是控制和信息采集的終端,分布在家庭中的各個角落。本文主要進行了電量檢測模塊、視頻監(jiān)控模塊、溫度傳感器模塊及家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點的軟硬件設(shè)計。本文對各模塊進行了PCB的制作及處理器的控制程序設(shè)計。 最后,對本文所設(shè)計的家庭網(wǎng)關(guān)、節(jié)點模塊的功能進行了測試,,并進行智能家電控制系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)調(diào)。結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)工作正常、穩(wěn)定,達到設(shè)計目標。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of the Internet of things technology, the popularity of smart phones, and the improvement of people's living standards, the smart home appliance industry ushered in the spring of development. Intelligent home appliance control system is a combination of many disciplines, including electronic technology, communication technology, computer technology and so on. The research and development of intelligent home appliance control system based on Android is carried out in this paper. The general framework of intelligent home appliance control system is designed, and the home gateway, node function module and communication between networks are studied deeply. The home gateway is the data conversion center of the intelligent home appliance control system, which is mainly responsible for managing the communication between the home wireless network and the Internet. The home gateway transmits the information data collected by wireless network to the network server through WIFI for the owner to view, but the emergency information is notified through GPRS. The control part of the home gateway designed in this paper is ARM Android scheme. The peripheral is mainly integrated with WIFI module and GPRS module. In this paper, the hardware of the home gateway is made, the operating system is transplanted, and the driver and application program of the peripheral module are developed. Node module is the control and information collection terminal, distributed in every corner of the home. This paper mainly carries on the hardware and software design of the electric quantity detection module, the video monitor module, the temperature sensor module and the home network node. In this paper, the modules of the PCB and processor control program design. Finally, the function of the home gateway and node module designed in this paper is tested, and the intelligent home appliance control system is combined. The results show that the system works normally, stably and achieves the design goal.
