變壓器套管在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:變壓器套管作為一種出線裝置,主要作用是將處于變壓器內(nèi)的高壓線引到油箱的外部,是變壓器的重要附件,也是十分重要的輸變電設(shè)備之一。對變壓器套管進(jìn)行在線監(jiān)測,,及時有效地掌握套管的運行情況,為變壓器乃至整個電網(wǎng)的安全運行提供了保障。因此,對變壓器套管實施在線監(jiān)測具有很高的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文圍繞變壓器套管現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的采集、故障診斷、狀態(tài)評估三方面對變壓器套管在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集部分選用目前已有的采集裝置分別就油色譜數(shù)據(jù)、介質(zhì)損耗數(shù)據(jù)、局部放電數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集提。还收显\斷部分中對油色譜數(shù)據(jù)運用改良的三比值法進(jìn)行診斷,介質(zhì)損耗數(shù)據(jù)根據(jù)《變壓器油中溶解氣體分析和判斷導(dǎo)則》規(guī)定進(jìn)行初判,再與油色譜數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合,依據(jù)大衛(wèi)三角法進(jìn)行診斷;局部放電數(shù)據(jù)運用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行診斷;狀態(tài)評估部分,建立了一種基于改進(jìn)的集對分析與三角模糊數(shù)耦合的變壓器套管評估模型,并通過實例驗證了該方法的有效性。 本系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器選用SQL Server2008,軟件的開發(fā)平臺為VisualStudio2008。
[Abstract]:The transformer bushing, as a kind of output device, is mainly used to lead the high-voltage line in the transformer to the outside of the oil tank, is an important accessory of the transformer, and is also one of the very important transmission and transformation equipment. On-line monitoring of transformer bushing, timely and effective control of the operation of the bushing, provides a guarantee for the safe operation of the transformer and even the whole power network. Therefore, the online monitoring of transformer bushing has high theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, the on-line monitoring system of transformer bushing is designed in three aspects: data collection, fault diagnosis and state evaluation. In the field data acquisition part, the oil chromatographic data, dielectric loss data and partial discharge data are collected and extracted respectively by the existing collection devices. In the fault diagnosis part, the oil chromatographic data are diagnosed by the improved three-ratio method. The dielectric loss data is judged according to the guidelines for Analysis and judgment of dissolved gases in Transformer Oil, and then combined with oil chromatographic data to diagnose according to the David's triangle method, partial discharge data is diagnosed by BP neural network. In the part of state evaluation, an evaluation model of transformer bushing based on improved set pair analysis and triangular fuzzy number coupling is established, and the effectiveness of this method is verified by an example. The database server of this system chooses SQL Server 2008, the software development platform is Visual Studio 2008.
