【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)電能的需求不斷增大,依賴性變得更強(qiáng),低壓電器在承擔(dān)電能傳輸和分配、用電設(shè)備保護(hù)與控制任務(wù)中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。低壓成套無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置作為提供必要的無功功率以提高配電系統(tǒng)的功率因數(shù)、降低線路能耗、改善電網(wǎng)電壓質(zhì)量的一種重要設(shè)備,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約型社會(huì)有著重大的意義。低壓成套無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置新產(chǎn)品的不斷研發(fā),要求有更先進(jìn)的測(cè)試和分析設(shè)備來適應(yīng)它的發(fā)展,以滿足各方面的性能檢測(cè)要求,對(duì)于放電試驗(yàn)來說,要求檢測(cè)裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)瞬時(shí)和實(shí)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)波形采集功能,具有參數(shù)測(cè)試的自動(dòng)分析計(jì)算、測(cè)試結(jié)果能自動(dòng)生成報(bào)表,并且使得測(cè)試設(shè)備的體積小、移動(dòng)方便,以便大大提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電容放電試驗(yàn)的檢測(cè)工作效率,而傳統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)裝置已經(jīng)無法滿足要求,因此,新的檢測(cè)設(shè)備的研發(fā)就顯得非常的必要。為了解決上述問題,本設(shè)計(jì)用電壓傳感器、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡、PC、虛擬儀器研發(fā)形成一套便捷式無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置放電測(cè)試儀,利用LabVIEW開發(fā)上位機(jī)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)低壓無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置在進(jìn)行電容器放電試驗(yàn)時(shí)對(duì)電氣參數(shù)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)采集、處理、分析計(jì)算等功能,在試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試了該軟件程序,與硬件部分結(jié)合起來,形成一套完整的檢測(cè)設(shè)備,并對(duì)本測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行設(shè)備自校和測(cè)量不確定度分析。同時(shí),基于筆者在實(shí)踐中的體會(huì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),在不違背國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)試驗(yàn)的流程作了進(jìn)一步的優(yōu)化,使之更具操作性。本文詳細(xì)闡述了以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:低壓無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置的發(fā)展概況及其性能檢測(cè)現(xiàn)狀;電容放電試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)儀的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn);測(cè)試儀的整機(jī)調(diào)試、測(cè)試不確定度的分析及實(shí)際應(yīng)用。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的便攜式電容放電試驗(yàn)測(cè)試儀在滿足國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)電容放電試驗(yàn)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,能夠快速完成低壓無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置的放電試驗(yàn)性能檢測(cè),提高了工作效率,大大減輕了試驗(yàn)人員的檢測(cè)負(fù)擔(dān),達(dá)到了良好的效果。利用LabVIEW開發(fā)的軟件界面友好讀取方便,精度高,穩(wěn)定性好,具有良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和開發(fā)前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the market economy, the demand for electric energy is increasing and the dependence becomes stronger. The low voltage electrical apparatus plays an important role in the transmission and distribution of electric energy and the task of protecting and controlling the electrical equipment. A kind of important equipment to reduce the energy consumption of the line and improve the voltage quality of the power grid is of great significance to realize the saving society. The continuous development of the new products of the low voltage complete reactive power compensation device requires more advanced testing and analysis equipment to adapt to its development to meet the requirements of various aspects of performance testing and the discharge test. It is said that the testing device can achieve instantaneous and real-time data acquisition function, with automatic analysis and calculation of parameter testing. The test results can automatically generate reports, and make the test equipment small and convenient to move, so that the detection efficiency of the field capacitance discharge test is greatly improved, and the traditional detection device has not been used. In order to solve the above problems, this design uses voltage sensor, data acquisition card, PC, and virtual instrument to develop a set of portable reactive power compensation device discharge tester in order to solve the above problems, and use LabVIEW to develop the upper computer software to realize the low voltage reactive power compensation device. When the capacitor discharge test is carried out, the electrical parameters are automatically collected, processed, and analyzed and calculated. The software program is tested on the test site, and the hardware part is combined to form a complete set of testing equipment, and the self calibration and measurement uncertainty analysis of the instrument is carried out. At the same time, the author's experience in practice is based on the experience of the author. And experience, on the basis of not violating the national standard, the process of the test is further optimized to make it more operational. This article describes in detail the following aspects: the development of the low voltage reactive power compensation device and the status of its performance detection; the design and implementation of the hardware and software of the capacitance discharge test instrument; The test results show that the portable capacitance discharge test instrument designed in this paper can quickly complete the performance test of the discharge test of the low voltage reactive power compensation device on the basis of meeting the requirements of the national standard on the capacitance discharge test, and improve the working efficiency. The test burden is greatly relieved and the effect is achieved. The software interface developed by LabVIEW has the advantages of friendly reading, high precision, good stability, good application value and development prospect.
